The room itself was pretty barebones. The bed was fine, but the pillows were not (just 2 small ones), and there was no cushion on the wall. Also, except a soap, the room did not come with any amenities (like a dental kit), even an electric kettle. All I could get for free was half a liter of water, and I had to buy the rest. Also, please take note that this is 2023 and universal sockets are expected if you want to host people from countries that are not France. Finally- the weird Bathroom- there is no door at all.

The Staff was polite and helpful and specifically for me, I managed without speaking French. Being a vegetarian, I found enough options to keep me fed (for dinners and breakfast) for my stay. Also, I liked the gym.

The hotel is under renovation, rooms are big and well equipped. Good shower, excellent airco. Breakfast very good with plenty of options. Restaurant very nace, and a nivel swimming pool in the garden patio

These days, the shuttle bus has not been available, at least while I came in and also when I was leaving although it is one of the criterias for which I selected ONOMO.

I really like the hotel location, the safety of the zone it's in and the friendlyship of its workers. I feel confortable in that place that's why I have not been able to book somewhere else.

I didnt have the correct plugs for the country and reception didnt have. I also needed some coffee and a kettle in my room. Had to buy it myself.

You cannot control the temperature in the rooms, which is somewhat unfortunate. The rooms are also starting to be a bit "tired" though I notice that one floor at least was being renovated. So I guess it is only a question of time before all the rooms are refreshed.

The location is ideal for a business stay, right in the center and with quite a few good restaurants around. It is one of the few reasonably priced hotels in Bamako that meet the highest security standards. The breakfast is generous and good.

I thought transportation was included in the rate, only to see the driver requesting for transport fee. And I called the hotel and I could not have someone to clarify the situation. I therefore paid the ten thousands XOF (BCEAO) to the driver for driving me to the airport at 05:30 am. And for me, that's not fair at all. However, I received later a call from the hotel and the interlocutor promised to refund that amount. And up to date, I am still waiting for.

I really like the breakfast as well as the location. The location seems secured and calm, they even have national police personnel in addition of security guards. It is really a "No noise" area.

Hotel doesn’t read notes made requesting late check out and shuttle bus services, always an issue when I arrive or want too leave.

No fridge in the room, or an ice maskine on the floor. The air conditoin did not work all the time. The rooms are a bit worn out.

Good food and diffrent kind of disches to eat for breakfeast. Was able to make late check out. Shuttle service.
