      Room very well important with classic French furnishing. But what made the visit was the very classy restaurant, impeccable service and great French cuisine. At a great price (other than wine). Ate there every night.

      Poorly trained maids. Didn't knock before entering to service. Declined request to provide "letter of invitation" they were my only contact In Mali. Cost me a €100 bribe at mali embassy in burkina faso.

      The staff demonstrated excellent customer care, professionalism and courtesy. Thanks to the manager (from Togo), Constance and all the staff.

    • Negative section of review

      The only criticism that our delegation would like to make is to about the food which did not include any African specialties. A shame when you consider the rich variety of culinary products that the African gastronomy has to offer.
