Great staff. Super nice and helpful. Especially the vallets, Tim from Reception and Mr Enzo in the reception cafe (very professional). Great location by the port + port view. Cleaning was satisfying. Spacy rooms. Great value for money.

Everything about this property is exceptional. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the most professional staff. The accommodations were spotless, and our suite was both spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast served in our room,although I would actually have preferred to go to the restaurant. I am not sure whether this would have been possible-it was not clear in the information provided. There was a good choice of bread/pastries,but there was no possibility of a second cup of coffee (unless we had called for room service). We were able to check in to the room before the official time of 15.00. The entrance/exit on the 6th floor was a very useful facility for my visit to the opera

Everything was good.

The room that I choosed with the Harbour view (where you can also see the mountain view as well) was very and very nice and a really large room and it has a very good bathroom with a shower bath. I would say that I have never stayed in such large room. I recommend this hotel to everyone who will look for hotel in Monaco. I would say it is located in the heart of Monaco. And also I want to thank reception that they allowed us to have a late check out. It was very kind and helpful from their side. So I recommend it 10/10.
