Messages before the check-in were rather unpleasant, with numerous reminders of fines for early check-in/late check-out but then everything was fine so not critical

Broken window, major building work outside, towels need to be renewed. The host should warm before booking how far up an incredibly steep hill this apartment is, I wouldn't have booked it had I known.

The room I got was not the one I have booked. The pics where showing a kitchen, but there was no kitchen, only a fridge and a microwave in my place. Also the water boiler, which was on the list of the facilities of the appartment, I made a reservation on, was not there and although I ask for it twice, I did not get one. Make sure you get the room you have paid for, otherwise this place is to expensive.

The place is located only 8 min to walk from the mainstation of Monaco.

the bed was dirty, there was nothing to block out the out the light for sleep. the staff were unpleasant. very unhelpful. not understanding when we had an incident. no cleaning or fresh towels. limited amenities. no lift. desolate area impossible to get transport. very disap very dissatisfied.

No human interaction whatsoever, the room is very small and it is definitively too expensive for the room even in Monaco. Walls are made of paper, I was awaken at 4.30am by the people next door who were discussing as if it was the middle of the day outside and inside their room (you can hear people breathing!) so I couldn't sleep well. More than a "welcome" message, in the room you find all "warning" messages: do this, don't do that... All in all, it was ok as I only needed to spend 1 brief night but other than that, unfortunately I do not have a positive feedback.

besides the tiny bedsheets. the overall the cleanliness.

literally nothing. when arrived the bed was full of little hairs as well as hair all over the floors. the towels literally Stank. the window was broken, the shower was stained. this list could go on forever 🤣

. The check in process though was a total nightmare! Being denied details such as entry code until a few hours before arrival might be fun for teenagers but for everyone else is a completely unnecessary stress. I think the company thought it funny. It made my arrival really difficult especially as my phone battery.was running low as frequently happens with travel. The house number was incorrect so was the instruction within the house. Details like that really matter after a long journey. I really resented the last minute jeopardy that let down the whole experience

this is an airbnb. the whole building is not set up as a hotel/apartments. There is no sign outside, no front desk, no toiletteries. The only logo about the property is a doorstep at the upper level (first floor).

The apartments are NOT in Monaco. They are in France. The zip code is France but address says it is Monaco. This is willfully cheating and therefore an offence with a legal consequence
