Well I guess someone has a bad luck sometimes. Although my room was nice and big it was situated with windows into the light weel so everything I saw was just a wall and thus the room was always super dark. The other problem I was constantly hearing humming sound from ventilation or something, even with closed windows. Such room should have costed much much less!

Well, the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. So many stuff to choose from. If you wan't to save money and stay here without the breakfast - don't! The hotel and room was nice and clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance from everything you could neet. Markets, train station, city centre, craft pubs, everything.

The sights in the Old Town are just a few steps away from the hotel. The bus station is also very near. It's very quiet inside the hotel.

breakfast varied every day. the offer is 90% classic Latvian food. sparkling wine gives a great feeling of vacation :)

Great location - very close to train station and old town with all attractions. Spacious room with good facilities. Nice spa center and we liked the idea of registering for specific time so that spa doesn't get overcrowded.

In our "family room" the windows were starting from the floor and were openable to the size that the 2 year child could enter this opened window. Our room was the 5th floor. Hundred hotels visited, but such a "feature" see the first time in my life.

The location was great. Totally the hotel looks very modern. The quality of breakfast was on the top level. The hotel gives you a discount to the parking (about 200 meters to the hotel.)

I think there should be additional safety grill on the outside of some of the windows.

everything went very well for me at the hotel

Reception staff during the day was very polite, friendly and helpful with me as well as others answering questions during checking in or out even though being busy under so much pressure they do an awesome job. This is my second visit to this hotel and i will be back again and also spread the word around.

I didn't like the pool quite small of what we expected. don't have for the kids as well And the pools looks big in pictures also expensive thought free for the customers. The breakfast is quite expensive than in other hotels that what we experienced in the are of old Town location.

Everything was really good location very central with most things with in walk distance and if not the public transport is right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice between hot and cold.

The lavatory may feel slightly small.

The room was big and well-furnished, and the view from the room was decent. The location is the best aspect of the hotel as it is just opposite the Riga Central bus station and located at the edge of the old town, so accessing tourist attractions can be done entirely by walking. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices from international to local cuisine. The staff were friendly and professional and check-in was smooth-sailing.
