Amazing old renovated villa, where you feel relaxed and comfortable. Beautiful villa. The double bed was very comfy, sofa was ok ( kids slept there for them was ok for adults may be to soft). Beautiful kitchen with all you need and coffee machine. Our apartment was very clean and had everything what we needed for a 5 day stay. Amazing place for vacation, very quiet at nights and with a green yard for days. Sea is 5 mn by foot. Thank you for preserving the beauty of this old building

The only real negative that I can note is very very poor internet. If you are planning on getting some work done remotely, look elsewhere or get yourself a backup. The internet speed does not exceed 2 Mbps.

The apartments are in a brand new rustic / modern style log house, very well furnished and equipped with all possible amenities, with private backyard. Whole territory is kept closed by a gate, which is controlled by your own number. The beach and the grocery store is just a couple minute walk.

Everything was perfect!  Having a place for a grill in the territory on the Vila Gaida, would be a great added value to all existing amenities.

Something, that maybe we as guests should have thought to ask in special requests or ask beforehand - the apartment that offers place for 5 adults is not comfortable for 5. Actually for 3 people, because the unfolding sofa is barely sleepable on. also for 5 adults would be best to have 5 separate blankets. some dust was quite visible and little smell in the bathroom that might be connceted to old house foundation. good foro one night but if you stay more night sleeping on sofa - not recommended.

Very beautiful place, calm as well. Nice large yard, light and very cool security features. Really awesome that has closed parking space and very comfortable place in the city, and sea is very close. overall very satisfied with few small nuances. awesome that got the apartment ready earlier as asked. much love for the place. kitchenware was perfect for making tasty dinner.

There was only one thing that really disturbed our sleep. There wasn´t curtains or blinder in the front side of the apartment and we didn't see any option for switching of the lights in the balcony so all the apartment was very light in the night. Because there were no door between upper bedroom and staircase the light came up. The other thought is that when renting only one apartment then maybe there arent enough privacy because all the apartments have big glass walls and everything shows. But we had all the three apartments, so we enjoyd the stay very much :) We used couches for only one person sleeping, but for two they maybe a bit small.

We stayed at the barn house and rented all three apartments. It really had the unique historic touch in a modern interior. The planning was great, especially in the apartment nr 7. It was great that the house had doors both side of the building and several terraces. Also the outdoor area was lovely. Very well designed flowerbeds just in front of the house.

Sofa was not comfortable to sleep at all. But if you go only 3 persons there are comfy single and double beds. Need to mention I stayed in sunflower apartment. TV had no internet and no antenna.

The apartment under the roof is quite compact, the closet was pretty small to fit all the clothes, the mattresses were ok, but the blankets too hot. The kitchenette was pretty small, but fine to cook some simple dishes for breakfast. there was no place to hang the wet towels and bathing suits after the sea.

The pictures are very true. There was coffee capsules and tea and salt as a compliment from the hotel. The towels and bedlinen were snow white and comfy. The area is quiet and easy accessible by car and commuter train.

Had a slight confusion with the apartment we booked, but the issue was solved quickly. No body wash and/or shampoo in the bathroom, but I believe this problem would also be solved quickly if I gave the stuff a call.

We stayed ar Rose Apartment which I loved a lot. Seemed bigger at the pictures, but somehow it felt cozier this way. The apartment was clean and warm, had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. Comfortable beds, sunny kitchen, and a lovely balcony. Convenient check-in.

If apartment has equipped kitchen - it would be fantastic if there would be available also frying oil & some spices.

Location is perfect with the car parking option. Rooms with a well-thought-out design and layout. Air condition in both rooms was appreciated in hot summer days. Fully equipped Kitchen. Fantastic bathroom design (and cleanness).
