There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Also I did not expected not to have any shampoo and shower gel in the shower. There was a liquid soap in by the sink, but nothing for shower itself.

Location was amazing. The nature all around is lovely. Also the room was wonderfully decorated and we did not expected to find this cute room options around this area.

The only thing that could have been better was the mattress. We left a review after our stay and the owner informed us later that they changed it. It was really nice to see how on-hand they are.

The location is perfect for enjoying the calmness of the sea. Other people were also staying in the house, but they were not noticeable. There was a nice place to sit outside and enjoy breakfast.

As we were travelling with children , they ask for cartoons , but it really wasnt like an minus, cause the host told that the issue is being solved . As adults that didnt bother us much , cause you can make your phone as a hotspot and you can get on Tv anything youd like! So no minuses for us!

The house was wide, clean and up to date . We didnt really expect much when we booked the property , but when arrived , we were pleasantly surprised by the design , ameneties , location and surrounding! Definately grate value for money and would stay again!

Very cozy, nice and quiet guest house near Estonian-Latvian border. You can also get a delicious breakfast at the property, for a moderate additional fee. Highly recommended. Really great experience! 10/10.

the room was a bit cold, but manageable after a hot shower.

The property was absolutely beautiful, everything was new and thought out to the last detail. Surroundings were picturesque and it was quiet. The host was super friendly, although spoke little English. All in all we were very happy there.

I liked everything - host was amazing, caring, heartwarming and helpful. There are delicious breakfasts and even supper is possible, you just have to ask the host. Each of the rentable house is different with own style and design, and has patio and wonderful view from garden to the scenic landscape. We didn't have pet, but the place is pets friendly too. They have their own cat, goats, sheep's and goats, even rabbits. So if you travel with kids - they will be happy to see the animals. The place looked exactly like pictures, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a quite country side landscape, peace, and beautifulness. And the place is near to the nature trails in Veclaicene, 30 minutes ride to city of Alūksne. Basically - everything your heart desires.

All was perfect.

We have booked 2 rooms and appears that we accommodate full house. Property was very well equiped and clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Territory of hotel is very nice.

First thing that we noticed and liked was the friendly and welcoming staff. Then we really enjoyed the house that we stayed, looked like newly built as well. Friendly for children as they have a mini zoo in the territory - bunnies, goats, sheep, playground. Also a small tower to watch the sunset. Breakfast was good and you can also order lunch in advance. This is a really good place to stay if you wish to have experience of countryside and not loss the comfort of city life.
