That we had to do our own beds on check in. As it was late in the evening, we just wanted to come back and sleep.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, great location. Loved the kids playing are upstairs- great idea. We had everything we needed for a quick stay. Parking was free, nice balcony, quiet and welcoming.

TV was in room but didn't found any TV channels.

Nice location, close to city centre. Big room, large bathroom. Quiet place and good offer for tea and coffee. Easy to check in.

Free WiFi was very poor upstairs, to a point that it kept losing connection, 4g on the phone was a lot faster and more reliable. Coffee and tea was downstairs, so if you wanted a late coffee or tea it became a tedious task to achieve. TV was not really cable or satellite, only had ATV channels all very poor pictures and unwatchable, good job my telecoms Internet was working well.

This was our second stay at this hotel, nothing much has changed. It's very clean and modern. There are no breakfast or dining facilities, tea nd coffee are available in the hallway just outside your room. This is a really nice place to stay, with good size TV and reliable Wi-Fi in the rooms which was handy for me as I was working. My only negative point would be that the wooden floors are great when you are staying on the ground floor. Not so great when you are listening to a family of Elephants running around upstairs! In the grand scheme of things it did not ruin our stay, I should also add that the lady who looks after the place is very friendly and helpful, thank you! :0)More

Unfortunately our room was on 1st floor, and when I was going up, in middle of staircase one step is higher than other ones and I fell. Good thing, I wasn't carrying my child.

The guesthouse is located in quiet street. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony with a view to the street where it is located. There was a contactless c/ in service. Pity there was no breakfast but we got a kettle to make a coffee ourselves.

Wifi signal was no strong at all on the balcony, We needed to be closer the front of the room for stronger signal. The angle of the ceiling in the bathroom makes it a tiny bit difficult for tall people, but for a few nights it is not a problem.

Nice little balcony, room was good, we arrived late but the staff and system they have in place are very accommodating. We also left something behind accidentally, but the staff were helpful to get it back to us. Just to note, the photos of the hotel must have been taken when the facade was just renovated, and the outside wood panels fresh - the wood has since darkened, and now the entire building looks different - we almost drove past it when looking for it!

Rooms are just for staying. It is not like Airbnb-type flats. In the room, there isn't any equipment such as a refrigerator, dishes, or anything else. Many things need to be repaired or fixed, like some parts in the shower and doors. In the morning 6:00 neighbours made terrible noise with chainsaw, but that was just for one morning. Blankets for the bed are really small.

Location was good. Grocery stores are near if you have car. Getting key was contact less. There is private parking with a lot of free space.

The worst is the payment - you will have to provide your credit card details to some payment site and you cannot use the virtual disposable credit card. Host do not agree to accept bank transfer and insist of that way of payment. No fridge (that's major issue when staying few nights). No kettle in room (single one in lobby to share). TV was not working (anthena issues needs to be fixed). Control of room temperature is not possible (or I was not able to find it). It was overheating during nights. Not soundproof rooms (good that we we're almost alone).

Free tea and coffee. Big shower room. In general no huge negatives, but there's where to improve in small adjustments. I would stay once again for the price, but it would depend what my trip would require (like food preparation is not possible).
