Biggest problem was the sunlight and light which came from roof window. There was no curtains. Air condition was broken. Dusty under bed. Teapot needs cleaning.

Despite the good renovation, the old building does not have an elevator, the Wi-Fi signal sometimes disappeared on the third floor, and the table with the TV on it was quite tiny for working with a laptop.

I liked the location, the comfy bed, and the dental care set provided.

This is a perfect hotel for a weekend. Great location, nice room, and a fabulous staff. My mobilephone broke down so I had to buy a new one in Riga. The staff working in the reception helped me with everything to get my new phone work, and even lend me the reception computer to make all my travelling arrangemnts. Service mind at it´s best. I will definitely stay here next time in Riga!

Staff is super friendly. Rooms are quite large and quiet. Excellent location, with easy access to all places in Old Town. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. Two thumbs up!

Needs refreshment.

The room was large and the same with the bathroom and high ceiling. However, some things are worn out and need to be fundamentally refreshed. Officially has 4 stars but 3 stars is the real thing and thus the price should be lower. The 2 young ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Despite shortcomings, however, the hotel is recommended by us.

Some dust on hidden corners.

Cosy small hotel at the very heart of Riga. Modest, but has everything you need and with table lights possible to create wonderful romantic light in the evenings.
