The location: the hotel is 3km away from the city centre and it is far to reach on foot.

The spa and the restaurant are really nice. There is a wood area nearby where it is pleasant to wander around.

Maybe the rooms could be a little updated, but it can easily be done within the next couple of years and still look ok.

This was our first time here in winter, and it’s equally beautiful as during summertime.

Unconfortable beds- very hard mattress. Under bed sheet there was kind a plastic sheet, which rustled… Personally I dont like carpets on floors. There was no shelfs in bathroom. Most of the TV programmes - in Russian. Coffe beans type- just not my favorite.

Good and rich breakfast! We had it on terrace with wonderful view! Very satesfied spa zone for such a little hotel. Big and beautiful garden. The gardeners are working - just marvelous! Very interesting planning of teritory - there are places just to be alone and relax.

The Hotel was obviously built some time ago, and definitely needs some upgrades and renovation. The kitchen staff were not very knowledgeable and the food was average. The internet was terrible.

Ezeri Spa is actually nicer than in the pictures, and great value for the money. The suites facing the incredible gardens were perfect for two adults + child, with a large balcony and swimming pool. The Spa is small but nice, and the location is perfect for any activities around the Sigulda area.

Wifi didn't work at the room so I couldn't have an online meeting. The staff guided me to the meeting room, but wifi was not that good there either. It was untidy in the pool area, especially, jakuzzi. The water was really dirty. The bathroom at the room was small and the sink and shower cabin there were too tiny.

I liked breakfast, service, staff was helpful. The hotel was cozy and charming with a nice terrace and the view from it. It was quiet and peaceful around

Not comfortable for long stay. No kettle and mini bar. And no place for bigger suitcase. Slightly worn towels. Information leaflet in our room was in Latvian. As tourists would like to find in english information about pool working hours and breakfast serving times.

Perfect for 1 night stay. Room was small but very clean and provided with all necessary things (hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo). Restaurant - a bit expensive but tasty and with perfect view. Breakfast is Swedish type tables - not a lot of choices but fits every taste. Pool with amazing view is just in time for summer. Comfy sunbeds. Very beatiful garden.

The TV set was not fixed - no connection ensured for any channel, even though satellite TV channels were included on the list when booking. SPA access not included in the room price, and should be covered separately if order via the Booking. Should be clearly stated in the booking process that spa access is not included in the room in spa Hotel )

The atmospehere, location overall and specifically - the garden around the hotel for leisure walks and relaxation. Excellent cleanness and cosy rooms, clean linen, comfortable bad, helpfull stuff.

There was no tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms. Also no way of getting a coffee in the evening when we came back from family wedding at 11pm.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The gardens were fabulous
