Good breakfast, comfortable bed, large garden area

Double bed has 2 SGL blankets (why not a 2x2m as for a DBL bed?). Breakfast was terrible- not worth spending additional 21 Eur (per 3 persons) for just a squared peace of omlette without salt for each of us, 3 slices of toasted bread loafs cut in triangles and 1 small sliced cucumber+ some few slices of cheese, ham, butter. I remind - all this was for 2 adults and 1 child! Please think about families with children. No joghurts or porridge, or fruit, or some muffin or just a simple slices of bread (not toasted). And no salt on the breakfast table either. + a burned coffee from coffee kettle.

Room was was big and a coffee machine in the room was a lovely touch. Bathroom floor tiles had heating- just have to remember to switch it on. Spa offer was also nice. Very helpful receptionist (woman).

Because of the location there were practically no dining options but the hotel. Felt a little bit spooky to be the only visitors. Spa visit was a little bit pricy for one sauna and jacuzzi but it was very private.

It was very one of a kind. We seemed to be the only guests in the hotel. We were asked beforehand what time we would have a dinner and what would we like to eat. That was because there were anyone else in the dining hall. We were also asked about spa (what and when). We had private sauna and jacuzzi for 2 hours.

Electricity went off for a half an hour but it was fixed. No coffee machine in the room.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but Google maps doesn't show you the short road from Via Baltica and directs you to drive around the river, it's several km longer that way if arriving from south. We arrived at night and just'n'just noticed the sign for the hotel and were able to take the shorter route.

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Location is a bit tricky: you need to use a car or taxi to get to the town centre (which you can ask number at the counter, no local Bolt or Uber). Surroundings are for track drivers only (track is nearby, otherwise emptyish).

Very friendly staff, they can spark saunas even outside working hours at your request.

The entrance in the complex was strange, just a regular white door that looked like a back entrance. The lobby is very small. The room was big enough to divide it into two rooms or to put a kitchenette. There was no kettle or any possibility to make a tea or coffee in the room. The Spa was opened only two hours (which prove to be more than enough) and it was strangely designed with many rooms and plastic deco all around. One of the Jacuzzi were quite old and rusty with unsafe hand rail

The room was very big, the biggest hotel room I've ever been accommodated in. Very clean room and friendly staff. The room comes with a breakfast and this was a nice addition. The Spa was clean with many kinds of saunas that we enjoyed. All together was an interesting experience like a travel in time

It should be communicated more clearly that not whole spa area is available, but only the big pool and turkish steam bath. We did not realise that before booking.

The one where slippers and robes have to be bought and are not provided in the room. we chose a room with a TV, but there were no Latvian channels available on the TV. The website says when there is a bar but i find that misleading as there is no bar!

The place was very beautiful and convenient location. The food was very tasty! The food would be worth coming back for. The service staff did their job very well. Very clean rooms!

First impression at entrance/ not representable. Rooms offered are not exactly as was showen in Booking.com. And a bit dissapointment- no shampoo or shower gel.

the shower needs a screen as the water goes everywhere and for breakfast there could be a toaster to do your own and not pre-made toast, that has been sitting for a while and gone cold.

We booked also SPA package, however it was never mentioned during booking that you get to choose only two options from total 7 saunas, 2 pools and a jacuzzi. There were no slippers and robes in the room. Our room had bad smell when we arrived, but staff changed room upon our request.

Staff was very welcoming, room was clean and looked newly renovated. We requested vegan breakfast and staff was very open and made special breakfast for us.

Cleanliness, comfort, room size, quietness. Location is pretty good in this sense that facility is away from the busy roads and city, you can enjoy and rest well enough

There were not enough toiletries (e.g. it would have been good to have a bar of soap), there was also no bottle opener and no fridge in the room. It was a lot to call a spa hotel. It was more like a motel.

Didn't choose breakfast because it seemed too expensive. The location was not convenient, but the surrounding area was very quiet.
