Would have prefered more towels (were 1 per person) and more pillows (were 1 per person), elevator is shaky and loud, music from either downstairs or upstairs restaurant was blasting until at least 23:00.

We were in the hotel on weekend. The only disturbing thing was in the night when some cars in front of hotel main entrance having really loud club music session 11pm-1am. We were expecting hotel staff to ask them to move away from hotel entrance or turn off music but nothing happened for 2 hours in night. Even municipal police came around midnight but they just drove around and went away. Strange!

Hotel has top central location, it's is simply renovated and clean. We had room for 2 adults + child and it was very big, with queen bed and sofa. We have travelled a lot with family and this was one of the biggest and most comfy bed and room. There is a big window across whole wall of the room, perfect for city and sunshine view, very nice! The bathroom was big, clean, with bath, enjoyed it. Breakfast has some hot and cold meal choices, enough wide variety. Price of room including breakfast was reasonable for 2+1. There is a good bar on ground floor where to have drinks and snacks, have city landmark view, watch sports TV, if interested. Would choose this hotel again.

Everything is already old and worn, and it was crazy noisy night as we had a lot of teenagers on our floor who were loud half of the night.

Entrance cards were pretty badly working. It stopped working after being in a close distance from phone but where else should I keep it if not in the bag. Also, we needed to kinda slam the door to close it from outside that created noise for everyone around.

The hotel is quite old fashioned and need a lot of renovation. It was loud- could hear all the noise from the neighbours and hall.

Breakfast can be improved. The cheesepancakes, which we love very much, were uneatable because of "old oil" they were fried in. Just fresh butter and pancakes would be perfect. With some improvements the breakfast could be very good.

Some staff working in the restaurant during breakfast was not friendly, which was strange , because we are always friendly. Some dishes could be prepared and served more carefully. However, on a common background, it's nothing.

Probably the only one hotel with a sufficiently high level of service. The rooms are big. There is a huge parking lot opposite the hotel. The whole center can be reached from the hotel. Ideal location. A large choice for breakfast.

Breakfast personnel were little sleepy. People are very polite but almost never smile.

Hotel is in a very central location. Easy to leave car right next to the hotel, be sure to mention to reception, that you have a car, they will give you a permit to place in windshield. Hotel will need a renovation some time soon, but right now is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast room at the very top of hotel as well as room had great views overlooking the city. Speedy elevators. Cosy lobby bar.

Didn't like the view to the roof of the nearby mall (if possible choose room with the view to the Unity Square), basically no food options for vegans (only vegetables and fruits and bread, no plant based milk).

Quite comfortable bed, clean room, easy to get there. Possible to leave the car near the entrance for free. Overall felt relaxed and comfortable.

We normally choose this hotel during our business trips to Daugavpils due to the central location. It is ok for one night stay.

No kettle, tea, coffee or even bottle of water in the room. Breakfast could be better, no juice and pastry choice, also coffee area in the breakfast restaurant is very small and crowded.

Great location, staff is professional and helpful, view from windows on the top floors is very nice. Room (business double) is good sized and has rest area.

From my perspective it was cold a little bit, but in room there's an electric heater.

The hotel is well located. We used hotel parking place but there're lots of town parking places near the hotel as well. There's a great liquor store on the first floor. Some pedestrian zones and park near the hotel. Really picturesque view from the room. Very clean, good wifi and lovely breakfast.
