Great SPA!

As I was the onliest visitor this time it was quite unexpected that the administrator waited for me with her coat and left as soon as I got the key. It wasn't very polite. And the room was not very clean - I found hairs and dust on the floor.

I liked old manor, location.

Some places are worn out a bit, but nothing terrible and then again for the value its great and it is clean.

The spa is much nicer than in photos, very lovely, great atmosphere. The value for money is fantastic.

Restaurant was closed during my stay, hard to find place to eat within 10 km. Breakfast starts very late (for someone that has work to do). Driveway was covered with ice-very difficult to drive, There was no room attendance in 5 days.

Reasonably quiet, old fashioned place. Very friendly personnel, speaking fluent English

The spa was booked in the evening, why only possible to use it short upon our arrival.

It was not communicated clearly that the SPA area is for an additional cost at an hourly rate. It is still worth to go there, as the SPA is very nice, just something to keep in mind. In the restaurant a few items were unavailable, as they were out of stock, but it was managed nicely with a suitable suggestions by the staff. And it's understandable, as the hotel is in a very remote place.

It has a wonderful historic feel, yet all modern amenities are there for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the SPA area with an outdoor jacuzzi. Beds were very comfortable, rooms are spacious and the staff is exceptionally well trained and pleasant.

The rooms were a bit too small and toilets and showers weren't spotless.

The manor and surroundings were breathtaking. Accommodation was good but a bit small. The staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast accomodated everyone's taste and breakfast room was very elegant. The restaurant provides a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

The washrooms can be cleaned. Overall place was clean though.

The location is beautiful. Breakfast was good and staff is really helpful. The tea house in lake is really picturesque. You can do boating as well as go on hikes nearby.

Spa is a bit too expensive for what it is, food is way too expensive for what it is and on top of that and hour waiting time for the food. In the meantime no attention from the waitress and we didn't even get what we ordered at the end.

I liked the little house where we stayed and I liked the spa.

Nice hotel for a family stay for a couple of days with both pleasant and beautiful interior. The territory is taken care of, a lot of space for walking, sunbathing, fishing and enjoying the nature in general. The hotel restaurant serves exquisite dinner (meat and fish are both delicious, lamb and rhubarb cheesecake is a must) accompanied by selected assortment of wines. We definitely were impressed by the cuisine a lot. The breakfast was also good with local products available, we lacked some sweet pastry in the mornings but may be it is just the matter of taste and habit. The room was clean and cosy, the staff was nice.

We booked one room for three, but there was no bed ready for the third. At the restaurant, we waited an hour and a half for dinner, even though we had booked a table in advance and the restaurant knew the size of our group. The restaurant's trainee was very keen, but clearly everything was too much for her on her own.

The rooms, Night Spa and breakfast were excellent. We especially compliment the spa employee, she was humorous and lovely.

Corner rooms had sloping ceilings which were quite low and meant you hit your head if not careful. Bathroom was very compact

Convenient location for travelling down from Tartu to Lithuania and located in its own grounds with a small lake. Breakfast good though dinner was a bit different for main course, as you had to pick meat, sauce and side Friendly and very helpful staff

Sound isolation in the stone house is almost non existing but it’s not a complaint, rather an inevitability.

Lovely manor with great spa and a decent restaurant in a tranquil setting in Latvia countryside. We stayed not in the main building but stone house which I could recommend for maybe 1 nights stay only since it’s only with shared facilities. Although everything is very clean. I hope next time I manage to book a number in the main building. SPA is small but really enough, since it has various type of sauna and even outdoor jacuzzi.

Should change the matrace on beds - way too soft. Breakfast was decent, but we expected bigger choice.

Spa was very nice. Not crowdy on Thursday. We enjoyed it a lot. Staff is very helpful and we had warm welcome. Room was good size.

There is opportunity to have dinner at the manor, good breakfast un good wi-fi, yakuzzi on the terrace and heating chairs were great option to choose at the spa area

Room description implied that the bathroom is shared with another room. However, the bathroom was shared with the entire floor instead. Same for WC. Just like university dorm. For some people it might turn out as an unpleasant surprise

The lady who works for the spa forgot our booking and had left by the time we arrived but it was actually not a minus as the hotel gave us a free dinner instead.

Very good value for money. The place itself is really nice. We swam in the pond. There are also areas to relax by the pond. The room was cute and cozy and breakfast was very tasty with enough options. We were well treated!
