Check-in was very easy and quick, and the staff was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The pool and jacuzzi was also very good to enjoy. Very clean and comfy rooms. The only thing that was not found in the rooms, was slippers and drinking water. We enjoyed massage "Japan rhythms", which was absolutely perfect and the lady was very nice, as well as the salt room was very nice and relaxing. Hoping to come back. Thank you for making our stay beautiful!

The restaurant kitchen works just until 9.30 p.m so if you arrive late no chances for dinner. No wine glasses in the room.

Only thing missing is hotel facilities on the beach but there are others who do that, at the close beach.

It was modern, clean, had great facilities, lovely staff, great view, fantastic breakfast!! Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from nice restaurants and cafes. The hotel also had some nice cosy places to sit and relax.

This is my 4th stay here and I like it. I like the location, room seems comfortable to me and I enjoy drinks from the bar in the evening and swimming pool in the morning.

We chose this hotel because if the weather is not good, we can be in the spa. The spa was overcrowded on monday and not very comfortable, there was only one pool and one hot tub and 2 saunas. There weren't enough wheelchairs for us and of course the only hottube was full of people all the time.

Jacuzzi is too small for a such big hotel with so many guests.

The elevators are definitely way too small for such a big hotel and it takes long time to wait for them. Breakfast was good, but selection of meals was rather limited.

The check-in process went super smooth - staff was very fast and told everything we needed to know. Room was clean and nice. However, if I would go for longer stay - I would feel a bit cramped due to its small size. Bathroom was absolutely OK.

Really poor service at the restaurant…breakfast food selection is poor and doesn’t change. It gets old after having the same breakfast 2 or more days in a row. Food quality is just ok.

Hard to catch table at breakfast. Could be more variety of foods everyday. Bad smell in the room, couldn’t change room because hotel was full. A bit dangerous balcony because of low fence for families with kids. Queue at elevators, but not a big problem, we used the stairs.

Beautiful hotel. Food was good. We liked spa zone, kids zone, pool outside. In spa zone there is salt room, recommend to visit! Professional staff in the bar, tasty cocktails. Good location, easy to find place for parking a car.

It is very long wait the lift. in other room was my sister with three kids and it was not possible to get a lift without occupied from the first floor. And I saw that people in breakfast was very angry on staff because there is no place to sit, but there is a sign about breakfast hours and bussiest period.

It is not the first time when we are staying here. we realy like it. Everything in one place. Next to the sea, surrounded by pine trees.

To crowded breakfasts. Not enough lifts, too long to wait for a lift. The bathrooms sinks and taps are terrible- bad design, everything is wet. You cannot place anything around to the sink. The bathrooms are very small.

The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent.
