Too soft bed. Wake up in the hemisphere position. Matress should be twice harder. Constuction works nearby so noisy in the morning.

Very good breakfast, indeed. Excellent food choice for every taste, including local delicateses. Good wifi in the room. Delicious food in a la carte restaurant.

Spa is great as there are a many saunas , different swimming pools with varuous temperatuires, gym is great. Breakfast is very hartly and good vriety of food. Great view from the 9th floor from our room. On the very rainy day we are allowed to check out later

Jurmala SPA met all my expectations: room was cozy and clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty, just had to wait a little bit to get free table. I had 2 lunches in the hotel restaurant and it was also delicious. There is a construction in front of the hotel and it can be noisy.

Problem with parking. Cheap toilet paper, fabric curtain in the shower which is very uncomfortable. The design of the rooms is simple and outdated. Very uncomfortable pillows.

Spa is the best spa in Jūrmalā. With a lot of saunas and pool. There is a bar in the pool area. The hotel is with a bar on a top floor where you can see all Jūrmala and beyond.

The only thing that I didn’t like is the poor quality of the furniture of the room, looks like a very economical style, strange for a 4 star hotel. And I lacked the safe deposit box in the room but then found it in the reception

the pillows in the room could be different firmness. there were not many vegan options at the breakfast. the Spa is technically included in your stay but there is a time restriction how long you can stay there. the early Spa visitors leave their towels on all loungers and deckchairs, so you can't really rest anywhere although nobody is actually there. it is more cost efficient to stay somewhere else and just visit this hotel's or any other hotel's Spa facilities.

If you hang the sign 'DO NOT DISTURB' on your room door in the morning even for just an hour, your room may be left uncleaned. We were said that the room-maids do not come back...So in the evening, we had to ask the receptionist for help as we did not have even any towel. Also, one should be warned that the bathrobe is changed every fourth day which means you have to put on a wet one the next day after visiting the spa. Besides, it is not written and they do not say anything while checking in how long a guest can stay in the spa, i.e. which period is included in the room price. There is a bar in the spa, but it is located INSIDE THE SWIMMING-POOL which means one can order a drink only being in the water. It seems to be rather uncomfortable and even unhygienic: for example, a child spilled some juice...

Everything was really clean and comfortable. There was a big variety of meals for breakfast - herring, various types of salads; pickles; vegetables; eggs, salami, sausages, potato, cheese, cottage cheese, yoghurt, сereal; different types of jam and juice; tasty coffee; fruits, etc. There were a lot of waiters who were cleaning the tables all the time. The spa centre includes some little swimming-pools and different saunas which makes one's stay pleasant, especially in bad weather. The location of the hotel is perfect - in the main street next to many cafes and little shops; not far from the beach and the train station MAYORI from where one can go to Riga or any other places of Yurmala. The hotel has its own parking area, but is not free of charge.
