Nice breakfast, lots of options to select from. City center/old town just across the river (~15min walk via bridge). Rooms were OK, though some stuff looked like it was past it's maintenance time, e.g.: towel hangers, a bit broken couch armrest, clunky drawers.

"tired 4*" hotel. Bath curtain and towel had some small spots (not dirty, but maybe it's time to change those to new ones). Basically, small renovation would be good No slippers Friendly receptionist but somehow he didn't tell breakfast time and location and we forgot to ask. Found that info in booking.com though

I have stayed here several times both in summer and winter and I am always very pleased. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are super comfy and big. Breakfast has a large selection and is always tasty. Restaurant has good atmosphere and excellent food.

Might have been just the room i was in but the beds were not that comfortable and with the pillow it felt more like was sleeping without a pillow. Wifi was relatively non usable and did not load any page

Great location with nice view. The rooms were clean and well located. Parking was a bit of a struggle as with the weather understandable it was not cleaned from snow so finding a spot was "complicated". Breakfast was included in price and it was very delicious with various options. Restoraunt on the 9th floor had great food for its price.

Incredibly clean, fantastic location and short walk across the bridge into old Riga. Situated next to Olympia a shopping centre filled with all sorts of shops. Don’t be fooled by how it looks on the outside, a very up to date clean hotel with parking!

The guy at the reception was not welcoming. We had arrived 55 mins earlier, and we knew in advance that there are a lot of free rooms today as well as were yesterday. However, he started arguing, that such is a policy of the management (if this is really true, then change your management :) ), and he will not let us in earlier (55 mins), otherwise we have to pay 7 Eurs for the early check-in. However, the couple at the neighboring counter were checked-in by his colleague without any problems. Finally, we had convinced the guy at the counter, but the general image of the hotel was spoiled :( The breakfast was filling with a lot of choices, but in general the quality and wow effects were gone since our stay before COVID :(

I was surprised one of the towels was not properly washed.

Breakfast was excellent! Location is perfect, free, spacy parking being a huge advantage.
