Should really have blackout blinds. Were staying with my child and it was very bright in the morning as the blinds are pretty much sea through. Better shampoo and shower gel would be great not something in a plastic pouch. There was also a cat meowing right outside our door in the evening😂

Very clean, spacious and huge beds, easy to check in and out. Has lovely play area for kids with games and xbox, which we did not use but a nice touch.

I booked at the last minute. I paid immediately. At first there was confusion and my booking was rejected, but then everything was resolved. The hotel was nice and cozy. I got the keys from the locked box. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable.

There are a lot of minor things that I have noticed that haven’t ruined my stay, but could be improved to reach 10 out of 10. —Would be nice to have bath towels ironed, it’s the first hotel I stayed where the towels are folded, but haven’t been ironed. —Some extra politeness of the restaurant and hotel personal wouldn’t be too much. Like a little smile, saying hello, please, thank you, or how did you like you stay, do you want something to drink, all good, how did you like your dish. —The included breakfast option we took was strange. You could choose a dish from the main menu. Based on the prices in the menu, I think we ended up with the equal total breakfast price as we payed extra hotel vs hotel+breakfast. And yes, the beans for English breakfast should be warmed before serving. —The kitchen in the restaurant was working until 20:00, what we didn’t know in advance. Working hours of the restaurant - until 22:00. We finished main dish, wanted to order dessert and were too late.

Very very nice family friendly hotel. Beautiful restaurant with the relaxing terrace with playground for kids. Big hotel rooms with plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Indoor play corner for kids to play before going to bed. The room was very clean and had this special gentle smell of the cleaning liquid (I guess). Check in, check outs are fast and easy. Overall very relaxing, cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Would love to stay extra few days.

The wifi connection was pretty weak. There was no writing desk in the room, and only one chair for twin beds.

We stayed one night here before flying out of Riga Airport. The location was perfect, less than 15 minutes from the airport by car, with ample parking space. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly (we got one more chair after asking for it).

Very clean, quiet and nice big rooms. Location was perfect for our purposes and there was plenty on parking places. We had two small dogs with us and it was easy to walk them close to hotel. Restaurant was open late enough and food was ok. Breakfast ok for money too. When next time I have business in this area - I will book in this hotel again ☺️

Really nice and big room. We arrived late, but got all needed information how to get in and do early check out. we stayed only for little sleep and went to airport early morning. it may be little bit difficult to grt taxi there, but we got Forus and everything was ok
