Everything was exceptional. The hotel is very accommodating, you really feel like a welcomed guest from the moment you step in the doors up until you leave. The staff is really friendly and everyone spoke perfect English. We travelled for the Riga marathon and the hotel offered an earlier breakfast for the runners. We were also upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The spa was clean and well equipped, the hotel provided dressing gowns and rubber slippers. The location is great, everything is walking distance, no parking but in central Riga, it is understandable. Will definitely visit in the future!

Was disappointed with the food. Lots of wonderful fruit in the market but didn't see any of it at breakfast which I thought could have been better for a hotel of this standard.

Reception staff were exceptional, very friendly, always ready with a good recommendation of where to eat and good advice as to using the Bolt app rather than taxis.

The floor to the spa was slipppery hence why everyone has to wear rubber flip flops throughout the spa!

Breakfast was exceptional, anything you can think of they had to offer! Room was lovely, modern and clean. Bed was so luxurious to sleep in. Great location overlooking a lovely park. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a 60-minute massage.The masseuse was 15 minutes late and only performed 50 minutes. The masseuse was very skilled, so it was a shame.

The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Riga specialties, and was delicious. We booked two rooms for my husband and two daughters, and they arranged for us to have adjacent rooms, which was very helpful. The staff were also new and very polite. The SPA concierge was especially helpful. about the location, within walking distance to Riga's Old Town.

Nothing to add, everything was excellent.

Room was very cosy and comfortable. It was cleaned every day. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we had some weird issue with the air conditioning and they took care of it immediately. The location is fantastic! If you want to experience Riga in the best way possible, you should consider this hotel because it is just 5 mins away from the old town.

The hotel is conveniently located in proximity of old town, by a stunning park, blooming with flowers, water features, and boat rides. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Every member is solution oriented. Service is simply impeccable! The hedonic spa is a wonderful way to unwind - salt wall sauna is a must - and the fitness room is open 24/7. Breakfast selection is above par, including freshly prepared eggs benedict, salmon and florentine. The restaurant serves a delicious tartare among other delicious options !

Room was good size and functional. Breakfast was amazing with lots of different options. Location is good and easy to get taxi and food. In front of a beautiful park.

A beautiful hotel, really well designed. The room was spacious with an incredible bathroom. There's a huge bath tub if you fancy or a powerful shower. I had a great night sleep and the staff on hand were very friendly

The shower door was loose, resulting in water all over the bathroom floor. And there were no broom. TV could be larger for such a large room 😀

It was our third time in this hotel, because it is wonderful! Very cosy and romantic atmosphere. Good SPA, very good food (both breakfast and a la carte restaurant). Location is also very good - in the heart of Riga. Thank you.
