The dome starts to show its age and would require a refurbishment.

The location itself was pleasurable even tho our stay was off season, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Person from the staff was helpful.

The price is a little bit high, because we ended up paying 180€, 100 for the rent, 80 for the hot tub. The overall price is like a 5-star hotel in the capital Riga.

The tent lacked some basic things, such as a sponge for washing dishes. The food residue collector in the kitchen sink was broken and had to be taken out to wash the dishes and to prevent the sink from fillong up. The electric cooker was not working at all. The only way to cook hot food was to cook it on the fire, and the grill in the barbecue looked terrible. They were all covered in charcoal (or food scraps), charred and dirty. Finally, the air conditioning in the tent was the most uncomfortable. The fact that it is there does not add any value at all, because the visitors themselves cannot adjust it to their liking. Three times throughout the evening the air conditioner started to HEAT the tent, which was already too hot. On three occasions (one of which was at 6am) I had to turn off the power to the air conditioner completely so that it would not heat the rooms further. I can't honestly say that we really got a chance to have a great rest and relaxation.

The location is cosy, quiet and far away from the surrounding area, so you can really spend your time undisturbed.

Place was beautiful, close to nature, calm feeling, romantic atmosphere with the stars ( yeah..one lucky night), fireplace was just in the right place! Small kitchen with all the necesary things for cooking. Great stay!

Since we came in autumn, we had to take care of the temperature of the room ourselves and we were not particularly good at that :D

We loved the atmosphere, the location. The nature around is just magical. It felt very cozy and comfortable. Definitely want to repeat. The room is very modern, well equipped, beds are comfortable, the temperature of the water was perfect.

...And there are small and not-so-small things that make the experience rather disappointing. First of all, the communication with the host. I was sent the instructions to check in, but the house was already occupied by other people. Called the host, he said sorry, rechecked and said we have a different house and he made a mistake. The password he sent the second time didn't open the door though. And so on. Had to write him multiple times on different small matters that could be solved with a proper booklet or smth. The place has a bath bomb (!), but doesn't have a sponge for the dishes! But the worst was that despite the a/c working full-power, the top floor (where the bed is) had +36, which we managed to decrease to the liveable +28 only by 2 a.m. So even though there is a/c, it is sort of useless, as it cools only the kitchen and the toilet.

The house itself ("Mežs") looks amazing! Both inside and outside. There are a lot of useful appliances, the designer also did a good job. There is plenty of stuff that one might need. The lake is ~250meters away from the house (this house is farther from the lake) and the swim is refreshing.

the house it self got heated up very quickly which led us to lack of good sleep. We wanted to use bath, but we could because the boiler was so small that it couldn’t produce hot water. 150€ for breaking my neck or other bones walking up or down the stairs, no thank you! We had some kind of bird that was knocking on the window all morning and it even managed to mess up our trash bin that we left outside. We had an idea that we could go into the “kubls” but for that you have to pay 80€. Really?! You can rent that thing for 30-40€ for a one day. Also the amount of time that you can stay there is 10 hours, if you want to relax then this isn’t the best place to take a breath from everything.
