As the mornings are getting more bright it would be helpful if curtains would be fitted on those windows near beds Hot water was playing up from time to time. Otherwise absolutely loved the place

During winter time (especially colder one) place can be a bit cold, especially bathroom (you can even see outside via some splits between logs), so it takes a courage to go into shower in the morning. WiFi coverage in the room isn't even. Also it would be nice to have some TV, too.

Location is perfect - city center in walking distance, seaside also. As well you have a chance to view canal and fisherman ships going to and from sea.

Bathroom was very cold, no heating in there. We were staying in apartment 4 3 nights. First 2 was nice and quiet, but the 3rd we felt like our bed was in the middle of the party. The neighbours had a party all night so music was blering and people shouting till early hours.

The style of the apartment was really cool, beds were comfy.

Sound isolation between neighbouring rooms could be better. Easy to hear what is going on behind the wall.

Poor sound insulation for sewage, I felt that water was running in our room and I could hear the neighbors above us very well.

The complete lack of sound proofing. Although I fully understand that it comes wirh the history and character of the house, i wasn't ready for the way the sound teavels there. We could hear people next door pouring water in cups and stiring their drinks. Didnt get any sleep on the weekend until the group staying above us went to sleep, which was not before 3 am. The sound of every step, every move of the chair travelled through whole apartament. Even people upstairs snorring felt like they are doing it next to you. Also the sofa areas in living room are too worn to be fit for purpose.

It's very spacious, warm and cosy. Loved the location and can imagine in summer its even better. Couple of nice restaurants in walking distance and the Lielais Dzintars concert hall very close too.

One of the bathrooms could have been cleaner, the bath was covered with a dust layer. There was also some sort of a small hole/opening in the ceiling of the second floor right beside the bed, so the breeze made it feel a bit chilly.

Excellent location, exceptional view of the canal from the windows. Appliances are in good condition! Great value for money, especially for large groups of people! Everything regarding the apartments is explained in great detail. We stayed here while on a class trip, everyone was satisfied!

Despite the apartment rules to stop the parties at 23.00, many guests staying at the same house were extremely loud all night — we couldn’t get a decent sleep because of the noise level :(

The location of the apartments is amazing, and the vibe was really cool! Also an opportunity to use a private patio makes it a cool place to choose in summer

Quite dark living space, only two windows. Would like brighter lighting and curtains to separate the space a bit (for privacy). Of course, it didn't bother us too much, we only stayed a few nights. :)

Really liked the place. There is a place to park a car nearby. Next to the waterfront, the old town is within easy reach. We didn't meet the hosts, but it was easy to communicate, they responded quickly.

Do not use cooking equipment- it's not safe, with gas and very dangerous! The fire goes throw buttons. Problems in bath with hot water. If you want take warm shower you have to wait about 30 minutes while starts run warm water.

Verry interesting and old place. Quit comfortable. Nice view to kanal, seaside is very close.

Absolutely not soundproof :(( all neighbours kids, intime and daily stuff was great to hear.

Beautiful place for those who like oldfashion design. Interior interesting. Great that there are possibilities to cook and go outside. Nice place in the heart of city.

It was a little too cold since the heater didn't really do much and water in the shower was only a little warm. And you can hear every word that neighbours are saying.

The location and atmosphere was really great. But it would be best to visit this place when the weather outside is warm.

We were hearing neighbors. When we arrived it was cold (but the host brought quickly more heaters). There were only 2 toilet paper rolls. Some dishes were a bit dirty

The price and quality ratio was very good. The interior style was super unique. The views were awesome.
