The only criticism was the fact there was no kettle in the room so we could have a coffee or a tea in the morning

Bathroom design was stupid. Who put the toilet paper hanging in front of an open shower? Who fixed the shower in a way that the bathroom get inundated? And so on...

The mattress in our room was very hard, so we couldn’t sleep so comfortable like home. The hotel workers forgot to give us the invitation and to inform us that we had a dinner with our business partners, so we missed this dinner, which was not so fine.

The spa was more of an "entertainment water world" for adults. We are used to going to spa's where everyone respects the tranquility and is hygienic. At this spa, there were groups of guys and groups of couples jumping in and out the pool, racing each other and splashing water everywhere. I was quite shocked as they seemed in their late 20s-early 30s and still thought it was normal to shout and run after each other. The sauna was cramped. It is extremely small, especially if 8-10 people at a time would like to enter the space. Nobody used a towel inside the sauna and most people went straight into the pool after sauna instead of showering. There were also not enough beds to leave your bathrobe behind or to relax. I think it is only logical for someone of the staff to supervise the place and ask people to behave but that option was not there unfortunately. For us it was the opposite of relaxing.

The staff is very friendly. Great customer service. They immediately provided us with a new room as we entered one that was smelling quite bad. Free parking was great for us as we were by car. The room was quiet.

The bar staff were very rude to us, especially the older gentleman. Also I asked if had breakfast included in my stay and was told yes the first morning and no the second morning, this left me with no options for breakfast

As for 4star hotel with this prise I would expect better quality. Hotel is getting older and you can see already some damages on the walls, duvet cover was also bit broken and some other things... Although breakfast is serves until 10, already before 10 jogurt finished and staff is slowly closing buffet.

Swimming pool and wellness area are nice and clean, open till late so is never overcrowded. Rooms are clean and housekeepers are kind and friendly.

The bed was sinking in a bit. It's okay for a 2 night stays, but it can be an issue if you stay longer. There are no tea facilities in the room.

The hotel is located close to a bus stop. The pool and sauna were really nice. It wasnt overly crowded.

The location is a bit awkward. It's quite close to the airport which is really helpful. But it's slightly outside luxembourg city so you have to walk at least 15 mins to the nearest residential area if you want to eat somewhere other than the hotel. The only bus to the city center comes every hour, but it takes only 15 to 20 mins to reach the city centre. Also, regarding the room, my only complaint would be the beds are too soft, so you sort of sink into the bed when you sleep.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. The spa area and swimming pool is as nice as it appears in the pictures. The lobby area is also nice. It was a comfortable stay. The staff are polite and helpful and the food at the restaurant was really good too.

The wifi is not stable. I had to reconnect many time. It's not fast either.

This hotel appears well-suited for conferences and events, but be aware of potential noise late at night from attendees. While the hotel boasts a pool, sauna, and steam room, these amenities felt undersized for the guest capacity. During my stay, the sauna was inaccessible, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. Additionally, in-room tea and coffee weren't provided, which was a minor inconvenience.

The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and you were provided with robes to access the spa and toiletries.
