There is some construction going on nearby that is noticeable but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

The room was very comfortable, the hotel is right on the ocean, very clean, breakfast is included and most of all, the staff are amazing and very friendly. Josephine and her brother are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and super helpful with ideas of what to do in the area.

Situated just 5km from Hvar ( town) its ideal location to be very close but also secluded from many tourists which may occupy the location. The room was perfect, big enough for two girls, , breathtaking view, nice, and supportive staff, excellent breakfast. My family enjoyed wcery second spending there

It is about a 10 minute shuttle bus away from the main city center so we had to keep taking it. If they didn’t offer this it would’ve been a bit difficult to make it to the main area, but thankfully they did and I loved it.

The room we had was beautiful & spacious. We had a pool view which was nice. The bed was comfy & the bathroom was clean. The staff was amazing and they offer a shuttle to and from the city for an affordable price. They were so kind and friendly.

Not super close to the town, but the hotel provided free transport on arrival and departure. And pickup otherwise for small fee.

Had the most amazing balcony literally 10 meters from the beach. Ocean was mesmerising. Staff is mostly family and very nice. Nice pool was a great bonus.

The hotel is a little bit out-of the way but the hotel staff ensure they are always available to take you where you need to go. The food at the hotel was good although a little restrictive with the menu choices if you were staying in.

The hotel is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do more for us. They were also amazing in picking us up and dropping us into town everyday. We had a fantastic room (305) really big with the best shower!!

There was nothing to dislike, every thing was amazing.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right on the beach with free parking, only 6 mins from Hvar Town. The staff are so lovely, it is owned by a family who run it & they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We were greeted by Josipa who advised us that she had upgraded our room to a full sea view & it was bigger to accommodate our two little girls. The room was very clean & the all the furnishings were modern. Our girls loved the pool & the easy access to the 3 beaches at our doorstep.

This is a really sweet hotel in a great location. İt's a family run place and the staff have been very helpful and nice. The beach in front of the hotel is gorgeous and the swimming pool area is serene.

What’s not to like, everything was great

I liked that it is family owned and that it is a boutique hotel. Only 16 rooms. The location was fantastic, these were the best 2 days in Croatia. I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. A big plus is that the food was great, really delicious. The best I have eaten in Croatia. The room was comfortable and very clean. Fabulous!!!! I will be back

It is a really bit far from center. It is necessary a car to arrive, but the hotel people can drive you and pick up with a cheaper price than taxi

Mattress a bit too soft for our liking but it was ok!

Perfect location on a small beach. Hotel has a great family vibe with a personal touch yet everything and everyone is very professional. Nice pool with drinks service. Breakfast was excellent on a terrace right by the beach, we also had some lunch and dinner there which was also delicious. Free pickup and dropoff at ferry upon arrival / departure and very flexible on demand shuttle service to town for half the price as a cab would charge. We loved staying here in the peace and quiet to escape the hustle and busyness of Hvar town, which is still reachable within 7 minutes. Would definitely recommend Hotel Fortuna to anyone!
