Would not recommend their scooter rental

The owner was very kind and helpful. She even offered us a free upgrade on our room. There were water jugs on each floor where we could refill our water bottles, coffee in the mornings, and a washing machine and clothes rack where we could do our laundry. The rooms were nice, and the guest house is at a good, central location in town.

The owner of the hostel was really nice, asking me if I would like to eat with them and gave me lots of water. The room is big and clean! Good A/C, with fridge and comfy bed!

Actually my only complaint is that travelors are sometimes rude and frankly self-important when the staff is trying hard to accomodate them. Your in South-East Asia relax and take it easy! There was a heat wave and unfortunately the cities power grid couldn't keep up. Hopefully the city got that transformer fixed!

The owner is super nice and tries to take care of everybody. Some people need to go to Thai Embassy and she really has done exceptional job on this and previous trips.

The owner and staff went out of their way to make everybody comfortable. She even drove us to the border for a,small fee. It was very well priced consider how close it is to the river and the main shopping area

Great staff. Lady that runs it is a retired PhD and super nice. Room was old style with traditional wood furniture location great. Good food and coffee over the road. Great free coffee and water.

Warm welcome by the friendly owner who speaks good English. It was a delight to talk to her. She even offered transport to the bus station (for a low fee) and organised our tickets. We got a huge room which was clean in a quiet side street.

We really have no complaints the hotel rates are a bargain

My wife and I have stayed here multiple times now. We love the staff they are very welcoming and friendly. It's an easy walk to the Center of Savannakhet several places to eat close by. If you want to explore more or need services at the Thai Embassy, they rent scooters for a reasonable rate or will give rides for a fare fee. We definitely will return again....also love the Loas coffee they serve. The rooms are very large!!

Best informations about requirements at Borders to Thailand and Vietnam and the embassies for new visas. The Guesthouse is a new and modern Building. Generously planning with big and light rooms and balcony. Clean and comfortable. Best Quality/Price relation

Room was facing the sewage line I believe, so it had a pungent smell.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Suggested where to eat and directions. Also I was able to rent a bicycle from the property which was useful. The owners had kindly prepared dinner for the guests which I joined. Bed was very comfortable and big! Room was very big too. Came with multiple bottles of water which was kind.

I think someone mentioned this before but there was a lot of furniture being shifted at night along polished floors which is very grating.

The owner is fabulous and very welcoming. She even invited me to share her lunch on arrival. Room is comfortable . The place is located a little out of town although an easy walk in.

The rooms were very big and spacious. The location was good in terms of walking to the night market etc. Not a whole lot to do in Savannakhet so this was a good location for that. Staff were very friendly.

It is a place where you feel at home straight away. Large, clean rooms with fantastic beds. We had dinner with Mrs Mam and other guests and it was fabulous. They have scooters and laundry. Kind and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely the perfect place in Savannakhet.
