A beautiful hotel with a lovely bar and pool area. The staff were amazing and friendly, they made me feel at home and went out of their way to help me with tours, transport etc. I was there for 9 nights and it was wonderful. Highly recommend it.

Other older guests were not particularly friendly about children making any sort of noise in the pool. Staff were lovely about this though, no trouble for them.

The most naturally hospitable staff of any hotel we have stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful rooms, well maintained and authentic. Great location, will definitely go back.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms are huge compared to most. Comfy bed with a choice of pillows. Biscuits delivered each day to your room. The shower is the best one I've had in Asia. Toiletries are good quality. A short walk to the centre. Highly recommended.

Bed was very uncomfortable, felt like a 100 year old mattress with only boards & springs left in it. Otherwise, room was beautiful and everything was superb.

Staff were amazing and so hospitable, property and rooms were beautiful, and the food/restaurant was incredible- we chose to eat there for most of our dinners because it was so good! Close to downtown area, just a few minutes walk. The hotel also has complimentary bicycles if you want. Very clean property, and they clean your room everyday. Everything else was great!

The room was right on the road, with noisy motorbikes occasionally passing by. The window shutters on the roadside were very hard to access and shut. For the price, the mattress could have been more comfortable, but overall, it was not bad.

It has a beautiful setting, a great location for breakfast in the garden, a well-appointed room, and great decor.

The room they gave me was in the back and had quite a few paint spots on the floor of the bathroom that made it look not clean. The size of the room was small for a four star hotel at that price. The first night I didn’t have anyone in the room next-door, but when they moved someone into that room, I could hear all the sounds from the bathroom. I’m not sure if all their rooms are this problematic, but my room was. I have been looking around the town and this place is very overpriced for what it offers. I’m now staying across the street and paying half the price for a much nicer room.

The CheckIn experience was excellent. They even gave a little massage. The breakfast was also quite lovely.
