My room was very comfortable, equipped with a shower, air conditioner, and fan. It overlooks the river and one of the main streets of the city. I had a balcony inside and one outside, equipped with a table and chairs. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast offered was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I thank Tom in particular for his advice.

Great location, delicious breakfast served next to river. Exceptional staff & service, particularly Niyai & also Tom, who both helped with currency exchange, transport and any other queries & issues we had. They had a great combination of professional & personal conversations and have been the best managers we’ve encountered over a number of trips we’ve made.

Its a wonderful property close to all the main attractions. Super clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great, with local food options, and is served right near the riverside! They even provide cycles for free! Try to get a first floor room, cause they come with small balconies overlooking the Mekong river and the street. Wonderful stay all in all.

Very friendly and helpful staff that helped us organise our 3 day stay in Luang Prabang. They let us use the bicycles from the hotel and provided good insider tips :) Breakfast spot on the terrace overlooking the Nam Khan River is soo relaxing and peaceful. Could sit there all day.

The hotel is located very central but at a quiet street. Rooms are nice and clean and there is a lovely terrace for breakfast at the river. Tom at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The property is in an excellent central location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast, served on the patio overlooking the river, is cooked to order and very good.

This place is beautiful!! From the moment we walked in the door, we were given drinks then shown to our beautiful roon. This was the best sleep we have had in months. The pillows are soooo good. The staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast is by far the best we have had!! Thank you so much

Only small issue was early morning vehicle noise . It was quiet over night though .

Location very good . Short walk to main areas . Breakfast very good and taken over looking river . Host Tom very attentive every day of our 4 day stay and arranged airport transfers for us . Would recommend staying here .

There are a couple mornings when other tourist vans park out the road next to the property between 6:30-7:00 am to load up noisy tourists making commotion. Wear ear plugs if don’t want to be disturbed. The rest of the day is great because it is next to the small rice and one way street.

The network speed is excellent at 30 ambit/sec. Better than the last three hotels I stay on Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai and Vientiane. Breakfast is excellent. The cook is great.

In January the price was quite high compared to other seasons and not that great value.

Beautiful old house with hardwood floors and wooden furniture, huge comfy bed, shower cabin. Breakfast - both asian and western - was delicious and really the star of the show.
