Good location, clean, spacious. Staff are lovely & very helpful. Welcome drink we received was delicious and very much appreciated after travelling. We rebooked this hotel after being in Vang Vieng before our flight to Cambodia.

Location is somewhat far from city center, but it's within walkable distance. Around 30-40 min walk to the Night Market near the river. Not a lot of restaurants nearby.

The in house laundry wasn't the best sadly was very fast though (same day). Paid 40000 per kilo and my t-shirts came back still stained. Maybe was the Cambodian soil? Will find out when wash them at home.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Was very lucky to get an early check in after the over night train from Thailand and they helped with taxis and even a food panda delivery. They were just the best. The hotel is just outside the main centre of town. So you can walk to the action (20 mins) or a tuktuk in 5 mins. Pool very nice and the fitness centre decent enough. WiFi was strong in room and bed comfortable.

Nothing really! It's slightly out of main Vientiane but they offer a shuttle service or it's very easy to get a taxi

The location is a bit off, but nothing horrible. We didn't mind the evening walks too much. Plus, the hotel offers free transport to the city in the mornings and evenings.

The pool felt great, the staff was really nice, the room was good (pretty standard hotel equipment). We both very much liked the breakfast buffet too.

Everything was excellent!

The hotel was extremely clean and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. We only stayed one night and we got a free upgrade to a big double room with a bathtub and sitting area! We had the most pleasant stay in this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone.

A shuttle bus was provided (I think twice in the evenings) to get in comfort from the hotel to downtown Vientiane. We always walked back afterwards, which was no problem. A nice little bar next door belonging to the hotel was always good for a 'nightcap' at the end of the evening. We made use of the hotel bicycles every day to get around the city, which we preferred to walking. I have to say that all the staff on the reception and also the manager were extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager booked our train tickets to Luang Prabang for us, which was a great help. If you don't have to live downtown (or dont want to) I can recommend the S2.

We were very happy with the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and comfortable Hotel and the breakfast. They had really good wifi too. We rent two bikes, it was perfect to learn more about the city. We made a mistake in our planing our trip so they helped us very nice by canceling the last night and gave us the money back. Very nice! Thank you!

It is a little out of the way. It is not too far from cool places, but there are slightly better locations.

The staff is super professional and supportive. There was a mistake, and they charged me too much. They immediately worked with me to try and fix it. I got my money back within a week. Also, there is a lovely Cafe attached to the hotel. It isnreally convenient.

It looked exactly like the photos! It was a very comfortable and clean hotel, I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip. I also liked how we could schedule a time for them to take us to the markets in the evening at no cost! The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely modern boutique hotel. We really enjoyed the gym facilities and didn't get in the pool but was nice to look at. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was of high quality with a good selection and fresh food.

We really enjoyed our stay. In a more quiet area, where you interact with locals before you enter the more touristy areas. We were able to get free bikes. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The pool helps at warmer days. We would stay again

Noise. Maybe unfortunate with our room, but there was a club in the distance playing music till 4am, and then a building site next door that started drilling at 6am. The two hours in the middle were great, other than that it was tough going. Windows looked double glazed but not convinced they were doing their job. Location wasn't great. 20 minute walk into the main tourist area, but not particularly nice. Swimming pool was small and hardly got the sun.

The bathroom does not smell well but you can close the door and leave the window open.

Modern hotel with good bed equipment, a lovely breakfast area and a nice little pool to relax. It's a 10 minute walk (900 metres) to Vientiane's city centre, a tuktuk is cheap and easy to find. The room was bright and the sleeping quality really good. The receptionists speak all enough English and are always very helpful.
