Display light on the a/c unit…we covered with tape for a dark room to sleep.

Very helpful and friendly staff, made everything easy from renting a motorcycle to recommending places to eat.

The location is away from the center and since there are not a lot of Tuk tuks in Pakse, this means at least 20 mins walking to get to good planned to eat. There is a nice restaurant just a few meters away and the hotel has a small coffee shop that has food too.

The staff, especially Tuan were very helpful.

    - does not offer day tours - remodeling work in the hotel before 8 am

    - Clean and modern for a very fair price - Room service - balcony - bed - Bathroom (everything worked perfectly, even including shampoo and shower gel) - Card payment

Hotel was located right on the busy thoroughfare in Pakse and could be quite noisy.

Rooms were clean and quite comfortable. The attached coffee shop served a decent cup of coffee. There was an interesting market close by. The manager was very helpful with organizing our journey to Savannakhet.

There wasn't much to complain about. The room was vasic but clean. The room was below ground, but as a light sleeper, that is great as there is less noise, no windows, but I only used the room to sleep.

The location was good, near the markets, 15 min walk to the old town, close to Thai border bridge. Staff helped organise ongoing travel, though this was more the travel agent at the hotel, staff tried but spok little English.

Bit noisy but that’s ok. Other guests made the noise. Think it was expensive for Laos where accommodation is cheap but it was definitely comfortable. Worth it for the one night I was there

Big room. Aircon worked well. Amazing bathroom. Shower had a door. So toilet didn’t get wet.

The WIFI wasn't very good. It's probably good enough for most people but when I tried to download some stuff or upload anything it didn't work or took a very long time. There is also no breakfast included but there is a café inside the hotel where you can buy breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very clean as well with a nice shower. The location is okay it's nearby a main street and a shopping mall. There are also lots of food places around so you don't need to walk that far.

Reception services were poor. Finally found our booking. Room in the basement whilst the hotel had several levels with little window against a wall . And it did not appear busy at all .

    Rooms good size and clean.

The cheaper rooms, at the ground floor, with the queensize bed, are not large and have just one small window. (The rooms with the kingsize beds at the upper floors are bigger and have more windows)Rooms are a bit small and the walls are thin!! Located at a busy main road in the city.

Beds are comfortable, bathroom is ok with hot water shower, fridge, good working AC, flatscreen TV, watercooker. Daily cleaning if wanted. Staff are friendly and helpfull (the English speaking staff that is) The Coffee shop from the hotel serves exellent coffee. The Doa Lin restaurant not far from the hotel is great!

The location is mediocre. It is about 2.5 km to the city center. There are also not many TukTuks around. However, the Friendship Mall is nearby, where you can not only get some good cheap food, but during my time there were also musicians performing outside.

It's a modern hotel, which is clean, has cosy beds, good working AC, new TV, and a bathroom with a proper shower. The staff is helpful and speaks English quite well. One of them offered another guest a free ride to the city center for some bookings.

The location isn't the best, but it has to be said that the city center isn't beautiful at all and the hotels there are terrible. Also, I wanted to let the staff know that a hairdryer is useless if you can't plug it.

Great hotel, I was surprised. Very clean and comfortable, quiet, smooth check in, a proper shower which is so rare in SEA at this price. The wifi worked ok (but not great)

There was noise early in the morning due to works in the building next to the hotel. Although it was not the hotel's fault it was annoying.

Location is a bit far out from the centre.

Very comfortable and super clean. The staff were so helpful; from helping us book a scooter to organising our transport to the next city. They kept in touch to make sure we made it to our destination. They also accommodated an early check in for us.
