Bikes for free to tour around Luang Prabang. The hotel is slightly outside of the historical centre, but it's sooo good to have a pool!

The WiFi was really bad, at times didn’t even work to load a simple webpage.

Loved the chic interiors of the rooms and the beautiful view from our balcony. Staff were attentive and the pool was a great space to chill from the heat.

The whole place was very lovely and the staff was kind. The rooms are like the pictures. They had bicycle which was a huge plus for us.

They charge an excessive amount if you break something by accident. Our bath gel bottle fell and broke (there is no space for them in the bathroom) and we were charged 25 US dollars, which we found excessive

Fantastic, beautiful place with great, caring, English speaking and very helpful staff, excellent food, super nice pool area in the mid of a big green tropical garden and even an own spa. Felt at home from the very first minute. Perfect location (not as noisy as in the city center), with regular free shuttle bus to city center. Will definitely come here again!

The electricity cuts as well as the internet. If I have an advice to give, please upgrade the internet. I was unable to open my browser on google. When I asked the staff, they told me to sit in the restaurant. I saw a tourist stuck downstairs, fighting off mosquitoes in order to get internet.

It was not your typical resort brick building. It was surrounded by nature. Staff was super nice and we had free shuttle into the city center. Food was also delicious. An oasis of peace.

Our stay was fabulous. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is delicious and we also ended up eating at the restaurant for most of our meals as it was the best food we had in Luang Prabang. The shuttle into town is great , though we enjoyed riding the free bicycles into town . We would recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again .

Had a couple of power cuts but didn't impact hugely.

Blissful stay in the unique oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Gorgeous pool and amazing set menu in the restaurant. Upgraded us to a bungalow which was beautiful and had an amazing veranda. Really useful shuttle into town and airport drop off included!

This was our last stop of our two week holiday in Cambodia and Laos! The staff here were amazing! They were really helpful and more than happy to book yours for us! They had a free shuttle bus into the town and we could rent mopeds and bicycles from the hotel!

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and the water was scalding hot, unless turned almost all the way to the cold side, which reduced the pressure even further.

The room was spotless and gorgeous with comfy beds. The pool area was nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They offered free shuttles to town, but it was also only about a 15-30 minute walk. The customer service was excellent as well.

I would’ve liked to have more frequent shuttles to downtown.
