Nothing to dislike

Great hotel in central location. Walking distance to city centre and there is also a free shuttle service whenever you want. Very good food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The balcony had a view over the lovely poolarea. Great service from the staff who helped us get train tickets (that were complicated to buy). Highly recommended hotel!

We were upgraded to villa, and the place was great. Delicious a la carte breakfast, gym, pool. Not central location, but they provide free shuttles and the place was not noisy as in center near market

Staff are very friendly and helpful, everything are great. Breakfast is delicious and a lot of choices, have shuttle to take you to the night market as well. I definitely recommended

There is sometimes a smell from the street of people burning and cooking food. Sometimes you can hear Karaoke singing. It is not enough to stop you staying. I would return. It is 15-20 mins walk to the centre, but a nice walk. There is also a free shuttle.

Fantastic breakfast and pool. Breakfast has a menu choice and a beautiful setting. Rooms are fabulous and comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing.

Welcoming and kind staff. Ben, in particular, was a great help! Good breakfast options. Small and cosy vibe. The pool was very clean. A short walk to the centre, but free transport from the hotel available. Thank you!

Sound insulation in the rooms wasn’t the best and meant we were disturbed most nights by the sound of cats through the night. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Everything was exceptional during our 5 night stay. Fabulous staff - very friendly, helpful and efficient. Everyone was fantastic from Ben and Oum at the front desk who helped us with information and booking activities in the area, to the hotel shuttle bus drivers, the restaurant staff and those in the housekeeping service. The free minibus shuttle service that took us to locations throughout the town and brought us back to the hotel whenever we wanted - just a WhatsApp call and a wait of 5-10 minutes. A superb service. The relaxed atmosphere and stylish decor at the hotel - a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The breakfasts and dinners at the hotel were excellent

We were surprised by the staff of Le Sen the minute we landed. The General Manager Mr Ben (French) who spoke fluent English came to pick us from the arpt. His assistant also Ben (Lao) was the most friendliest person we met. All facilities were justvgreat and brekkie was exceptionally good!The room (suite) we had booked was exceptional but it had issues with water leak for one night and Both Ben's made our stay just amazingly comfortable and extra special. They went far and beyond and gave more than their 110% personal service. We highly highly recommend Le Sen boutique Hotel, Lao. Def made friends for life and return to Le Sen, hotel Laos on our next visit.

Great stylish hotel. Everything was great during our stay. The staff was very helpful, specially the hotel manager. We had a small issue at the check-in, but the manager handled it very good, it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

There was nothing I didn’t like. I like walking so didn’t mind it being a little walk to the centre, but I understand that the hotel provides a shuttle service and bikes which is very helpful.

Attentive, kind and super helpful staff Everything is maintained to a high standard Relaxing pool is lovely for a cool off dip and the gym area is spacious and well equipped An inspiring breakfast menu so lots of choice with healthy fresh ingredients. Appeals to Western/Eastern palates. Comfortable, clean rooms Really enjoyed my stay. Your staff are lovely and it was a relaxing, safe place to stay. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, very well located and very nice that on Xmas night they offer a cocktail to the guest. My highlights of the hotel: the breakfast (OMG it is healthy and soooo delicious) and the pool! We highly recommend this place for a nice stay in Luang Prabang

It’s a little far from the markets & the old city but I didn’t mo d this but others might find it a hassle

Loved the whole ambience & the staff were very helpful. You’ll need to either catch Tuktuk taxi or rent a motorbike as you’re approximately 3kms from the old town - I would definitely come back & stay here again

Loved every minute!

Le Sen Boutique is a beautiful oasis in the lovely town of Luang Prabang. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast menu--especially the great breads and croissants--and swimming in the hotel pool every afternoon. The staff (especially French Ben and Laotian Ben) were so helpful and fun to talk to. They organized shuttles every time we wanted a ride into town, loaned us bicycles to ride around, and recommended great restaurants. What a wonderful stay!
