The perfect hotel to spend a quiet stay. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, a very comfortable bed. The pool is definitely a great extra! You can leave your luggage when doing scooter or motorbike trips. The scooter itself you can also rent through the hotel. And although in walking distance from the Center, the hotel also offers a shuttle bus in the evening. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved the personal attention from the entire staff. They helped us with booking tickets, recommendations for restaurants and we could store our luggage here when doing the Bolaven Plateau. All of this was done with a big smile. Huge recommendation when in Pakse!

I felt that the breakfast choices could have been better. Eggs cooked multiple ways was the choice which is lovely if you want eggs but non-egg choices should be considered by the owner (possibly yogurts which is commonly found in other hotel breakfast menus). As well, the fruit selection was very limited and on the second day included only bananas and watermelon. That being said, we had the scrambled eggs and omelet the first morning and it was very good.

Definitely one of the better hotels we have stayed in while travelling in Laos - for the price. We chose this hotel to get away from the "business and noise" of the city and it was a great choice. The staff were great, attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and included a refrigerator. A kettle was made available upon request. The pool appeared to be kept in good order and pool deck had comfortable lounging chairs. If booking through bookings.com, the pictures are very accurate. The 1 daily shuttle service into the city and return, to access more choices in restaurants (1900-2100) was convenient. For travelers heading south to Si Phan Don, note that the hotel can arrange your transport on the tourist bus.

our room opened out onto a covered walk way with a bench for seating. There was a screen door so you could leave the door open during the day. At night, with the door shut there was a window at the back of the room that was very close to a high fence. Although it was fine it did feel a little closed in at night.

Location is approximately 40 minutes walk from centre (although hotel runs evening shuttle service in and out) with no nearby restaurants.

Room was a bit dark. Supermarket and main market are just a short walk away, but expect to take a tuk-tuk ride to get into town.

Very friendly, helped organise a mini bus trip up to Wat Phou Salao at short notice. Good breakfast, did not try the pool. Rooms are fine, bed was comfortable. Mini bus pick up from the airport worked well. Excellent value for money. The hotel provides a mini bus shuttle into town in the evening.

I lived everything!

We loved this hotel! The manager was very helpful and went way out of his way to help us plan our stay and excursions. There was a nicely maintained pool but I was so busy exploring the sights that I did not have a chance to swim. The breakfast was great! Wonderful fresh expresso cofee and great French bread with homemade jam. I will definately go back again one day!

There was a mixup where the hotel didn't send me the airport shuttle I'd booked. I made my own way to the hotel and the manager was very apologetic, they covered the cost of the taxi I took instead and waived the cost of a tuk-tuk to take me into town. I appreciated the effort the made to make it right. The hotel is a little further east of the city centre, but there's a tuk-tuk each night to take you into town for dinner. Staff can also hail tuk-tuks if you need to go to town in the day. Outside at night I could hear a lot of dogs barking but inside my room I had zero noise problems, I slept really well.

Really nice facilities. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Well priced, Wifi was really good, no dropouts of speed drops. The eggs at breakfast are also very nice. I've mentioned quite a few things in the negative of my review, but overall the experience was really good and I'd come back here again.

The pool, the staff and so much more. The room is very clean and the receptionist was always around and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here as the breakfast was very tasty too.
