The breakfast was basic and the coffee could have been of better quality. Not really warm water in the shower.

I liked the fact that everyone at the reception spoke good English. They were all so nice, organised transportation for a tour we wanted to do (everything was done and confirmed in minutes!), the laundry was quick. The room was spacious and the beds comfy. Enough space to store our luggage. Location close to everything :)

There was nothing we didn't like other than location was a little outside of the town, but with a scooter this was fine.

The hotel was down by the riverside, which was nice.The staff were very helpful with getting us taxi's and also scooter rental. Great rooftop view. The rooms were really clean and we were delighted that we could watch English Premier League football on the TV in our room which we hadn't had anywhere else in Laos.

My friend was asked to pay for accidentally transferring her hair color on the towel. They should have done something about it first before asking her to pay.

Great location by the river and an easy walk to the older parts of Pakse. Staff were charming and obliging, room was comfortable and spacious and beds very good. Breakfast was first class with a wide selection of dishes. Highly recommended and good value.

Very tidy and well equipped rooms, everything was perfectly clean, comfortable beds, silent AC, staff speaks English well enough, fast and reliable WiFi, awesome breakfast buffet, opportunity to safely store your luggage while going for the Thakhek loop, small but clean and refreshing pool.

We had a situation: when we arrived we wanted to have a quick swim in the swimming pool, but there were no towels left, I went to my room to call the reception and ask for the towels, the connection was bad but I heard something like ok. I didn’t want to waste time and went to the swimming pool, but no one brought the towels. So me and my wife ended up walking to our room wet and almost fell down a couple of times

Breakfast catered to Asians mainly...very little otherwise. To be fair, I'm in Asia. It's out of the way. No cushions on the pool loungers - ouch!

The view outside was just a little square in the middle of other buildings.

The bed was big and comfortable, even though it was two big beds together. The hotel was just across the river, and from the river, there was a beautiful view over the sunset. Staff polite.

The hotel was a great deal for the price. The breakfast was excellent… lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to town… we used the roof top pool everyday. It was modern, clean and spacious with great staff. One of the best deals for a hotel we have had. We really liked this hotel.

If you’re a sensitive sleeper, ask for a quiet room. One side of the hotel is next to a cute restaurant that plays live music until midnight. It can be a fun night out, but not great for sleep. The hotel made it very easy for me to change rooms when I asked. This isn’t a dislike, just a travel trip

The hotel is not very well located. The area is quite dirty. This hotel would need a renovation. We got a balcony but not any chairs to enjoy it.

The swimming pool on the roof is really cool . The breakfast is good.

Breakfast was generous but all the hot food had meat in every dish. We asked for at least one dish without meat but did not happen.
