nice and clean room - the host is very friendly and helpful - we had all we need: air conditioner, kettle, fridge, hair dryer and so on - the host booked for us our bus to Bangkok and everything worked well

The family suite was so roomy and comfortable, I loved it. Staff was amazing and friendly just as others have commented. Location is good, it takes a bit to walk into town but even better, there’s a mall that’s around the corner.

The location is not bad but also is not the best, you have to walk between 15-20 minutes to get the markets and tourist areas. Even though there is a shopping close to the place is not big deal, more to local people. The toilet had some holes in the wall as "ventilation" but does mean that was so warm there and plenty of mosquitoes.

Was a good room for the price with air condition and good mattress, the staff was friendly. The owner can help you booking all the tours and transport you need and rent scooters.

The host Tina is very friendly and helped us with organizing a private tour to see the waterfalls as well as with transportation to Ventiane. The room is basic but had AC and a comfortable bed and was a good size. Tina cooks for the guests once a week which we missed but a good community feeling at the guesthouse.

The room was wide, clean and well organised, check-in clear and quick. A special mention to Tina who perfectly speaks English, she can coordinate a motorbike rent/ tuk tuk services and provide very helpful information.

The bed is unbearably hard...And i like hard beds..but this was really like a floorboard, not mattrace...but i survived 3 nights ok :) And maybe other rooms are ok.

The best what you get at this place is the host. The lady is very nice and helpful with perfect english, she prepares your food, asks about your day, plans.., organises your tuktuk etc. I also had a chance to be a part of the family (and other guests) opulent dinner. Twice :) Great experience! You stay quite a bit away from the city centre, but you get 100% local Lao place:) The furniture and other equipment is a bit old, but totally satisfies the needs as well as the eco-planet-friendly feeling :) Plus by staying at this place, you know that your money go to the local Lao people.

The hotel owner Tina is very friendly. She spoke very good English and was very helpful in booking trips and onward bus tickets for us The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. It has outside seating area and bar This guest house is in a quiet area and is excellent value for money.

Nothing, everything was great!

Our room was clean, had a fridge, comfortable beds and a cozy outside area where one could meet the other guests or hang out with the owner who is a really lovely lady! Not only did she provide us with great tips for local restaurants, she also works together with other companies so that a guest can, for example, rent a scooter through those companies which will then be brought to the guesthouse. The place itself is also very colorful which is charming! I recommend this place as it is good value for money :)

We really enjoyed our time at Heaven guesthouse Tina the host is amazing ☺️And also now has the nickname of Tiny T! We stayed for 6 nights and the room was definitely big enough for what we needed and great that it had a fridge in the room as well 👍🏼 It was close to the mall for some food options but we also ate at the guesthouse as well with a few good food options to choose from. The sitting area is a nice place to relax with some cold beer Lao, we met and got chatting to a lot of the other guests here as well as Tina and her friends & family.Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Pakse to stay here great service and hospitality from Tina and her family and friends!

We just had a little inconvenience as she helped us with bus tickets from pakse to thakhek. Normally local buses are cheap, but the ticket she sold us was as the price for a minivan, 375.000 kip for each. That was a way too much but we didn't know. Just check everything in advance and it'll be fine

Tina speaks really good English, and she has been really helpful with everything, telling us what to visit, calling for us to rent a motorbike. Even when we had a problem with the motorbike (problem from the rental company, not from her) she helped us calling for us the renting company. The heaven guest house is basic but nice, she really cares about her clients. Air con perfectly working.

lack of easy walking access to eating and shopping areas. you can hire a motor bike.

The neighbourhood is suburban, local people with convenient stores. Convivial area to meet other travellers outside on fake grass but pleasant. I could book travel and tour tickets and transport.

The place was being renovated at the time and one morning there was no water. After letting the staff know of the problem water was switched back on again in about 15 mins. Must be a temporary thing. Should not be a problem in the future.

Clean room. Had fridge, electric kettle and provided coffee and tea packets. 10 mins walk to Friendship Mall which had Supermarket and food court. 5 mins walk to local day market where you can get fresh fruits and veggies.

Not reviewing this property. We arrived there to find out that it is under construction, so they sent us to another accommodation which I believe they own as well. No other person there and staff didn’t speak any English. Was ok because at the construction site a friend of the owner explained everything to us and organised the relocation.

I liked the staff and the assistance to book tours and learn about the things to do. There is a guy called Abu living downstairs who was so helpful and gave us so many tips. top man.

My plans changed and I didn’t end up staying the night. Had plenty of time to move closer to the Bolavan Plateau.

Good location. I was greeted by Abu who assisted with an early checking. He provided me with ample information to navigate the area and arranged a tuk tuk driver. he was exceptionally helpful.

I had a great stay at Heaven Guesthouse. Upon arrival, Mr Abu provided me with the best information on places to visit and was excellent at answering my questions and concerns. Next door is a very good shop with very nice people. Restaurants and markets are within walking distance. Special thanks and best regards to Mr Abu for the great stay!
