I liked everything. The only slight minus point was that the safe was too complicated to use confidently- I was anxious about getting my stuff stuck in it! Although staff did try to explain it to me, I actually avoided using it.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Property is brand new and very nicely decorated. I traveled for a few weeks in Cambodia and Laos and this was the only place with ceiling fan as well as airco which was nice to have a choice of, especially at night.

This hotel was like the oasis I needed. It is exactly as described/shown on pictures. The two guys at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The room was amazing and super clean. I was told they had been opened for four months so everything was basically brand new. The pool was a dream to cool off at the end of the day. Everything worked perfectly. Location is excellent: less than two blocks to the main street + day and night markets + mini mart, and a pharmacy just half a block away. I highly recommend it.

Minor point but I suggest a better brand of coffee. Rooms overlooking the road are great to see the monks returning from morning alms collection but i the rooms over looking the pool are quieter.

We absolutely loved the pool, it provide a relaxing, yet nice atmosphere to also communicate with other travelers. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect.

We couldn’t pay with card on check out. This was a huge problem. Because they didn’t offer another card machine and said that the machine was broke. Period. We had to pay with money, and was bad for us because we were on time to get the train and this run out all of our money that we brought and got from the ATM that morning. Was a disaster for us when we arrived in our next city. They should say to the guests about the card machine on check in in order to avoid this kind of situation.

Everything was good. They arrange all the transport and trips for us. Breakfast is good with bread, eggs, bacon, fruits, fried rice and noodles.

Khai at the front desk was so helpful. His English was very good and he called taxis for us when we needed them. I would recomment this hotel to anyone going to Luang Prabang.

Wi-Fi not great in general, and the signal even worse in the room. It is still usable.

Perfect little accomodation with extremely helpful and kind staff members. The gentlemen at the front desk took good care of us, always smiling and always ready to assist. Location is great (1min walk to the night market), so is the breakfast. Room is clean, spacious and the bed is comfy. AC works well too, and they have a clean little pool as well for the hot days.

The restaurant only serves breakfast. It would be great if a small offering was made for lunch (chargeable) or dinner. Instead of having to go out each meal time.

Location is perfect with facilities being great (the pool), and the Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable.
