Furniture is a bit dated but it doesn't matter because everything is so clean.

The hotel is at walking distance to everything but in a very quiet and airy street. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom has a bath and a shower. Breakfast is very fresh. The staff could not be nicer and is very helpful. This is definitely an hotel with great value for money. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Vientiane !

Rooms are large and very clean. The shower has a lot of pressure. It is possible to prepare coffee and there is even a iron abd an iron board.Great breakfast in an airy dining room. Location is perfect in a quiet street but at walking distance to everything. Plenty of restaurants close by. Staff is extremely nice and helpful !

The shower adjustment wouldn’t set to a middle temperature. Either too hot or too cold. Was very frustrating.

Breakfast was reasonably good, though they did run out of butter one morning which I found a little strange.

The only thing that bothered me was the construction next door. Not much they can do about that.

This is a lovely hotel in a good location. I thought the rooms were well appointed and nicely designed. There were lots of lights for ambience and plenty of power points. There was even a stocked mini bar which I hadn’t seen for a while plus Cable TV with a couple of English channels. I didn’t get a City view which I booked but it was probably quieter not being on the road, although there was construction going on next door. It was noisy during the day. The breakfast was made to order from a set menu (choice of 4 dishes I think) and very good. There was also a buffet with tea/coffee, toast, cereals and salads. I would have liked to see more fruit. The staff were all attentive, professional and friendly. I really enjoyed my short stay.

Balcony without any furniture! Sit on the floor or stand. If you book in dollars, pay in dollars. The hotel exchange rate is not favourable. When I pointed this out response was it’s worse elsewhere as if that makes it ok. Better attitude would be to give the typical exchange rate most businesses give (still would profit from this) showing you are the best, not there are worse. To some it may be small but as a frequent traveller to Vientiane I’ll be staying elsewhere.

Nice room, (though a touch dated) great shower and had a bath which was a pleasant surprise. Good breakfast.

Staff could be more pro-active... The buffet breakfast is a bit limited and serving the chosen egg dish was slow... (I supposed the staff went outside Vientiane to a farm to pick up the eggs for our breakfast...)...

Comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently located downtown; walking distance to major tourist attractions. The bus stop of the shuttle bus to the airport is near (almost opposite) the hotel - very convenient. We liked the hotel so much that we stayed there again when we came back to Vientiane about a week after the first stay.

Friendly hospitality, spacious room and bathroom. Decent breakfast, walking distance from everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. Good wifi. I arrived early but check in was fast and easy. Recommended!

Great location, easy to walk into town (town is pretty small tbh), very good breakfast, helpful staff booked about transfer to Vang Vieng which was very smooth.

Bar restaurant wasn't open, breakfast not included (maybe my booking problem). Room noisy at night, couldn't pinpoint the cause, but didn't help sleeping

Good location, easy walk to the market on the Mekong. Lots of interesting things to explore in the neighbourhood. I visited several Temples in my wandering.

Location is a little off the beaten track, I wonder and guess there are similar hotels better situated in the city, where other hotels are centred.

Room smelled of cigarettes, wifi was awful (almost unusable), and house keeping threw medicine that I needed in the bin.

The staff is great and always ready to assist. Breakfast choice is good. The room is specious and can easily find public transport ex: tuktuk at morning / evening.

Helpful and polite staffs, speak good English. The bed and pillows are so comfortable to sleep on. Everywhere is so well kept and clean. Good location too. Highly recommended.
