no sunbeds at the nice pool! We could not quite figure out what the problem was. The cushions for the sunbeds were available but the sunbeds themselves were no longer existing.

Bed was really comfy, rooms were spacious and clean, staff very friendly, decent breakfast and a nice pool. Nice location on the Mekong (but slightly out of town).

The breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this level. The fruit selection was extremely limited for a country full of delicious fresh fruit. The shower temperature varied greatly (cold to extremely hot) and the changes were random and sudden. Not a relaxing experience!

The hotel and room were very nice and staff were courteous and professional.

Hotel is huge and staff a bit unorganized. We got a call 20 minutes after making room service order, informing us that two out of three items we'd ordered were no longer available. Not sure if they have karaoke facilities, but lots of noise came up from big tourist groups downstairs. (Go early for breakfast to avoid queues) Furniture and bathroom looked a bit weathered.

Room was really spacious and well appointed and bathroom facilities were clean. Sufficient storage space. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Asian and Western palates with live egg station and noodle station. Hotel is easy to find (a landmark) and had a good river view.

Pool area wasn’t too appealing - may be that it’s the start of the season but water was cloudy and lots of leaves around.

Lovely big hotel. Team were lovely, spoke great English and were super helpful. Nice big room with comfy bed.

The food was very good - much better than last time I stayed 8 months ago. I used the room service a few times and was never disappointed. Had a suite room at the corner overlooking the Mekong - great views.

the internet connection is very poor, getting disconnected every few minutes. Also there was loud music coming from the restaurant. I was on the 9th floor, but I still could not sleep because of the music. I felt it was a bit too expensive for the facility I got.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was really nice, and the view was wonderful. Also, the restaurant next to the hotel was very good.

There where some older men in our floor which made a lot of noise in the night and also in the early morning - had to shout at them to stop. The toilet flush didnt work well.

Room with river view is SO beautiful. Good wifi. Excellent big breakfast buffet. And the most cozy bed ever!

Food quality disappointing both at breakfast and in room service. Shower problem with water temperature fluctuating to very hot and then to cold and back again with no change to the faucet. Televisions too small for the room size and signal quality not good to watch.

The room was a suite overlooking the Mekong River from two aspects. Good size with adequate air-conditioning.

the room was not really clean when I checked in - dirty window on the inside and moldy bathtub. the fitness center facilities are old and rickety. the front desk staff was initially really friendly but upon check in, the attendant tried to charge me an extra 10% for using the the card I booked with. I had to go to booking.,com to fix the issue - mg rate was inclusive of all fees.

The wifi was bad, and the room card key, locked out of the room couple times, they also charge 3% extra when paying with the credit card.

The view was beautiful, we got the deluxe river view, the breakfast buffet was excellent, employees great service.

The laundry was pricey ...the outside a bit in need of a paint . Breakfast could have had staff help a bit more and was a bit boring but ok

Its grand and staff were excellent.

The staff seem unfamiliar with their job duties. Very poorly managed. Very little English spoken. Activities seem to be run by one of the staff on the sly.
