We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe breakfast was very disappointing for a hotel of this level. The fruit selection was extremely limited for a country full of delicious fresh fruit. The shower temperature varied greatly (cold to extremely hot) and the changes were random and sudden. Not a relaxing experience!

SingaporeHotel is huge and staff a bit unorganized. We got a call 20 minutes after making room service order, informing us that two out of three items we'd ordered were no longer available. Not sure if they have karaoke facilities, but lots of noise came up from big tourist groups downstairs. (Go early for breakfast to avoid queues) Furniture and bathroom looked a bit weathered.
Room was really spacious and well appointed and bathroom facilities were clean. Sufficient storage space. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Asian and Western palates with live egg station and noodle station. Hotel is easy to find (a landmark) and had a good river view.

Japanthe internet connection is very poor, getting disconnected every few minutes. Also there was loud music coming from the restaurant. I was on the 9th floor, but I still could not sleep because of the music. I felt it was a bit too expensive for the facility I got.
The room was spacious and clean, the bed was really nice, and the view was wonderful. Also, the restaurant next to the hotel was very good.

United KingdomFood quality disappointing both at breakfast and in room service. Shower problem with water temperature fluctuating to very hot and then to cold and back again with no change to the faucet. Televisions too small for the room size and signal quality not good to watch.
The room was a suite overlooking the Mekong River from two aspects. Good size with adequate air-conditioning.

United Statesthe room was not really clean when I checked in - dirty window on the inside and moldy bathtub. the fitness center facilities are old and rickety. the front desk staff was initially really friendly but upon check in, the attendant tried to charge me an extra 10% for using the the card I booked with. I had to go to booking.,com to fix the issue - mg rate was inclusive of all fees.
