The air conditioning didn;t work as well as would have liked. Room was still quite warm. But dont let that put you off staying here.

Location was really good to walk around the city. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared. Rooms were spacious and staff helpful and friendly.

No complaints really. Just for cleaning staff to always ensure they give toilet paper and fill up soap.

Very nicely decorated rooms, deluxe double is very spacious and comfy. The location is really good and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

The hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes from the airport. The breakfast starts very late at 8 am but there a few good cafes and restaurants just around the corner.

I come half an hour before check-in time and denied entry into room. In fact I didn't ask for it, but it was told to me in advanced. On the other hand it was by the rules. TV set wasn't working.

Room was spacious, clean, bathroom with most of the toiletries required. Breakfast is good, although one should choose in advance among few choices. Location not far from main attractions, knowing that Vientiane is big city so the distances.

TV: the TV showed and error message "No signal or weak signal". I did report this to the reception, but they were not able to do anything. Hence, had nothing much to do in the room in the evening. I did ask for a discount for the TV not being functional, but did not get anything. Hot Water: The hot water mixer appears to be leaking cold water from the cold water line. The water was just luke warm because of this. Room: not that spacious and the window shows the wall of the next hotel building. No view as such. Closet / Wardrobe: A few hangers available but no space to store clothes. I had to keep all in my suitcase and a few on the chairs.

Location: Close to a temple and quiet. Hardly any traffic on the road in front of the property. Staff: very helpful and great. Assisted me to carry my suitcase from reception to the next floor, where my room was located as the hotel does not have an elevator / lift. Air Condition: This functioned well. Breakfast: The receptionist takes the order on the previous night. It was so so. Nothing great.

Bathrobes would make the stay even more comfortable, but we managed without. Disappointing was that reviews mentioned the great coffee at breakfast, but during our the stay the machine was broken/not functioning so no espresso made coffee. It was also a bit odd that you had to reserve the breakfast items the day prior (which is okay), however they still ran out of items on the day itself. We skipped breakfast after this. On the bright side there was a very good specialty coffee place around the corner :)

The room had everything you would need for a couple of days and the staff was friendly (e.g. helping with train tickets). Location of the hotel was also good!

Unfortunately Hilton are building an ugly hotel opposite which spoils.the view.

Clean comfortable and spacious room with great mattress and pillows. Large bathroom. Good breakfast. Well located close to older district and wat sisaket. Cafe joma is just around the corner.

I booked a deluxe double room with large double bed. Unfortunately I got two twins pushed together which blocked the sockets. When I pay for a double bed I expect to get a double. I feel cheated as this was not value for money. The picture on booking.com of the deluxe room has a large double bed not two twins together

Nice little hotel in central Vientiane. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is nice too with plenty of choices, though you need to order what you want the night before. The area is very nice with loads of restaurants, shops etc. and there is a wonderful vegan place just around the corner.

For some odd reason the cleaning people used my toothbrush to unclog the sink drain (there was soap in it) and then put my toothbrush back in the cup were I could have accidentally used it again. I could tell because there was white soap residue on the bottom of the tooth brush and the sink was then unclogged.

The location is great. Close to many restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was great!

The only view, being of next door's brick wall, was none too charming, while the in-room safe was not bolted down and could easily be picked up.

Quiet, central location within walking distance of many of Vientiane's popular sites. OK breakfast from the cafe downstairs, and several other nice cafes/restaurants close by.
