The property was somewhat outdated and it seems there are residential apartments also inside the complex.

The hotel location is great. easy access to the beach. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Mr. Waseem's outstanding service added a personal touch to the stay, making it truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

Its just that it says that our room includes a bathrobe but we don't not have any bathrobe at all, that made me sad. Also, it says that the room includes complimentary like cookies or fruits but it doesn't include any insteads there is a tariff mini bar, so we did not eat whatever is inside the fridge thinking that we will pay it at checkout hahaha. Also, we did not receive the 20% discount because the manager at the rooftop did not check the recipt where I wrote our room number, he just took my card and swiped it on. However, overall I love our stay.

I love the view, the room and the staffs. The staffs are accommodating ang helpful. I requested for a cot for my baby though it took time before they can deliver it but the guy who delivered is very considerate because he changed the defective cot even if we did not ask him to we, just noticed that the other end has no metal as a handle to secure it. The bed is comfy.

Great place, very friendly staff (thank you Julma and Johnny!), relaxing atmosphere. A lot of facilities. Very nice private beach. We were able to rest and fully relax there.

Everything worked great for me, so no complaints. Some of the facilities might need some renovation, but that was not a big issue at any point of my stay.

Great pools open until 11pm, one of them was heated. Great location in between Kuwait City and Al Khout. Salmiya is also easily accessible. Bus 999 stops in front of the hotel ang goes both ways north and south. Wednesday night barbeque buffet was awesome and you get a discounted price for being a hotel guest. Gym is extremely well equipped.

The facilities are great but the staff are even better. Mary June in the restaurant was always welcoming and happy to help and Omda, the pool manager, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was genuinely interested in getting to know us.

It would have been nice if the pools were slightly heated.

Terrific stay at this hotel last week - staff were very accommodating, the breakfast options were vast and the location was ideal. Special thanks to Saber for attending our room to an impeccable standard, Mary June at breakfast for her warm and friendly nature, and Baber at concierge for helping us put our itinerary together. Thank you also for our free cake in the bedroom on arrival! We’d love to stay here again if we visited Kuwait again 👍🏼

Liked · Personal is really nice and friendly, especially Mr Wassim at the reception . Very good breakfast, tasty and a lot of variety of food. Big and very comfortable rooms. Fully equipped with needed stuff. Swimming pools very nice with different water temperatures. Nice beach. I really strongly recommend!

the corners of the glass over the furniture are sharp and can hurt the kids, It could be managed easily to avoid that. In the play area, once, teenagers were fighting, running and telling bad words repeatedly while the female staff were helpless, till i shouted to control them when they were about to hit my 5 y old girl on the monkey bar. It happened once but it was not acceptable esp.in kid's area.

I appreciate the work of the house keepers it was exceptional .And all the staff in the restaurant and swimming pool and kids play area deserve special respect and thanks. The swimming pool is the best experience with very friendly and responsible lifeguards , warm water and open swimming time. The egyptian dinner was as usual perfect. The view is so beautiful. The stay , which is not my fisrt ,was ( best value for money ) and lovely personal experience.

*there were wedding taking place and the whole parking was blocked, took us 25 minutes just to park. *nice sandy beach but sea was too dirty and shallow that wasn't convenient to swim in. * entrance from lobby to the room takes about a good 10 minutes walk, that you have to pass by the gym's gate and the staff has to open for you the barrier. It's really inconvenient, especially if you're with kids. * wifi was slow and keeps disconnecting

Exceptional service. Great hotel with amazing relaxation spas. The staff go above and beyond and cater to every need. I have been to many hotels but never had an experience quite like the palms. I will be back for a third time very soon.

The crowded parking caused by the ballroom, also the allowence of smoking inside the rooms.
