We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsI missed breakfast vegetables, like cucumbers or tomatoes. For the rest was very good. One more tip - for hot days, it would be useful to have a small fridge in the room, where you can put your drinks to be cold.
It was a very nice place to stay. A big room with a private bathroom and small storage/wardrobe area. You got a kettle with tea bags and coffee, which I find very important. Breakfast was good.

NetherlandsFor me, the pillow wasn't to my liking, but I do understand that that is a completely personal preference. I normally tend to take my own pillow everywhere, so I do consider myself very picky. It was not a flat/no body pillow like most hotels, so that's a big +!
Amazing location, just a few minutes by cab or bus. Staff is the most amazing out there, we were there for a wedding and they really catered to the bride's and groom's every need! I had the room with the sauna and spa bath, it was rather warm due to the blazing hot weather, but thankfully there was a fan present in the closet. Breakfast was amazing as well. All in all I'd choose this hotel if I'd visit the island again!

booked a single room for a walking weekend and got a large twin room instead. Packed breakfast was deliverd to my room every night so I could start walking early. Great service!
