too many ants inside the rooms and kitchen i had to report the incident on a daily basis since they were not able to take care of it

It’s outdated and expensive compared to the hotels in the Kuwait with the same star rating and prices. Their staff could use training in how to speak to guests specifically the security staff. The pool is always filled with American soldiers which makes the locals uncomfortable.

well the place very old , The reception is only two person it’s take me like one hour and a half to check in and check out , The building is old and dilapidated, and there are no new repairs, and it does not contain any cleaning tools. The pool is old and needs to be renewed, the value for the service is not acceptable

The position of the place it’s a in the center between the city and the sea The beach was really really clean , except that everything it’s normal

They broke my plates and my baby infant kettle of hot water and also the pool guard was so rude with us also the reception were careless when I asked them for another room and wanted to charge me for extra bed and it was there fault when i asked for upgrade because of separate bed they didn’t mentioned that also the upgraded room will also be separated bed and asked me to have extra charge for extra bed

In places the hotel grounds, though well kept, seemed to need updating. Fountains and water features were switched off, restaurants though nice lacked some visual flair. The company should invest in more greenery or themed restaurants in the future. It was difficult to leave the hotel as the parking exit became something of a maze and we ended up having to go past the ballroom, which seemed silly.

The beach is amazing and well kept, and the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Room requests were promptly dealt with and the restaurants made great food and beverages. The room was comfy with a good range of TV channels.

The buildings are old and deteriorating. Pealing paints and all landscapes are yellow although it was good time of the year and it is green everywhere. The worst thing was the massage ! The massager was unprofessional. He hurt my lower back although I had no pain before. I remember asking for medium pressure but I immediately felt pain when I left the room. I was also shocked when I saw him next day checking me out at the reception counter !!!!!!!!!!

The Location is excellent for a resort and the weather too.
