The furniture and chalets are a bit old need some touch up and refurbishment

I didn't enjoy the hotel personnel at the pool, and I don't understand why there is always a security walk there when there isn't even a lifeguard present—all they do is stroll around the pool and stare at the family. When I stayed at the Hilton ten years ago, everything looked exactly like this. All other staff members are not allowed to even approach the pool area, and only one employee life guard is permitted to be near the pool. It's quite unfortunate that the same thing happened twice, and the hotel management hasn't acknowledged this in ten years.

Certainly the furniture is ageing and requires renovation.

The hotel is generally fine with multiple selections equiped of hotel rooms and private villas. The staff are friendly and supported.

family friendly resort . Starbucks and pizza express are inside the resort . 2 swimming pools and golf cart service. nice restaurant near the beach with Arabian style decoration.

The chalet didnt change from my last visit in 2021 .The floors were chipped the furniture was old but positively the chalet was very clean . The prices for the pool canteen were extortionate for example 4 kd for a lemon with mint !! I had a very bad experience with the old man who rents the bicycles ( and everyone around me was complaining that this wasnt the first time this happened ) he had given me the bike and said he will give me the reciept and change back when the time was up . When the time was up i asked for my change , he starting shouting ! and saying that never happened and when some witnesses said what i said was true he begrudgingly gave me back my money .

I liked most the breakfast and the two swimming pools , this visit they were more strict about proper swimming attire . The beach was nice but wish theyd remove the seweed .

the chalets area is very isolated from services and you need to walk long distance to the pool. the pool at the chalets area is only for kids !!! You have to drive your car to the main building to have breakfast. Chalet area is like an abandoned place.

During the check-in process there was a receptionist (not vicky) who were neither patient nor welcoming. She wanted us to pay extra for breakfast although it was included in our package. I was trying to explain to her that it was included but she was not cooperative.

The swimming pool near the chalets is filled with nannies swimming with their uniform which is not nice at all I hope same rules at the general swimming pool apply there because it was choas.

The location and the sandy beaches . The breakfast is very nice . Ms Goldana at the reception was very helpful and professional. There is a lot of activities for kids including playground and bicycle rental . Its the perfect place to spend the weekend if you want to relax in Kuwait .

The location is very close to everything .. the check in was very smooth and Ms Mary Ann and Mr Ibrahim at the reception were very helpful .. breakfast was diverse .. the chalet was spacious and the swimming pool and activities kept the kids very busy . I will definetly stay again and it’s the best resort with a sandy clean beach

This hotel needs a renovation and upgrade of the equipment to today's standards, to maintain its rank (and justify the prices!)

Good for a business trip, very good offer for food. Personnel was always very kind and helpful.
