Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was very spacious, bathroom was clean, breakfast was perfect. The view from the room is absolutely beautiful with Issyk Kul Lake infront. The staffs were extremely helpful and polite. Their dinner and breakfast everything was great. The owner was a very sweet lady.

GermanyVery stylish and modern, clean and everything needed is available. Restaurant of hotel has delicious food and staff ist very friendly and helpful. Location is offside but perfect for a relaxing stay. Beach is super and access to the lake is easy. Can 100% recommend Silence hotel.

Neat room overlooking the lake, south side. The audibility is quite high in the rooms - both from neighbors and from rain at night. But this did not in any way affect the impression of the stay) The hotel is located on the territory of a Soviet boarding house - you can feel part of the flavor of those times. Standard menu in a cafe, without any special drawbacks.

Czech RepublicThere could be some visible signs guiding the guests from main road right to the hotel (2-3). Especially for people (foreigners) not knowing local place(s) & habits this could be super helpful :) For me personally also the mattress with little too soft, I prefer harder for my back, but this is a pure matter of personal preferences...
Wonderful location by the lake, away from the main road. Really nice, helpful and friendly staff. Lots of food for breakfast (even tho with no option to choose from, all guests get the same). Room big enough, bright, nicely simply decorated. Truly nice place to stay.

Silence is great! The atmosphere there is amazing so if you want to relax and feel the silence - this is the best place to stay! - Breakfast is great, especially the fact that you can enjoy it sitting on the terrace with a wondeful lake view. - Rooms are clean and well equipped with all necessary things, beds are supercomfortable, I don't know where they got such a magic futons! - Other interiors are also well-designed and look cozy, with pebbles in the corridor, nice ambient light and a lot of indoor plants - I can enumerate such details for a long time... - Worth to mention it's also a child-friendly place, with a special child zone. - Also there is a wonderful beach quite close, in 1min walking, where you can rent an umbrella to hide from the sun. Those are quite important things but moreover, and it makes this place really magic - everything there is thought out and is made with a perfect attention to the details, with love, energy and enthusiasm! I would like to say great THANK YOU to the people who run this hotel, who designed it, who manage it and who put so much effort and actually put their heart and soul into this place and it's atmosphere! Actually this place has only one disadvantage - you have to hurry to book the room otherwise you will find it fully booked.

United StatesThey definitely are a touristy place so the charge for things that other places we’ve been to in Kyrgyzstan have for free. They do not allow you to use their room towels for the beach, which is understandable, but then charge you $8 for a simple, low quality towel that isn’t even made for the beach-which of course I have to leave there anyway since there is no space in my suitcase. Also, we were not provided any water for our room, which is generally customary in KYG. So nothing too big, just a few little amenities that would have moved this hotel into the 10/10 range.
Located right on the beach, it was perfect for enjoying the lake. It was also bright and airy which made you feel like the hotel was an extension of the beach. The adjoining restaurant was such a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the view with a good meal or drink.

Netherlandsa number of annoying things together making not such a good impression: we only stayed for two nights and our room wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t get drinking water replaced and when asked were told the hotel ran out; we were charged a penalty for a list card, I booked a massage only to hear when I showed up a day later that there was a an arrangement made for the same time with another guest.
Great restaurant with a terrace overlooking the lake. Good food and breakfast, great team working in the restaurant.

KazakhstanThe place doesn't accept credit cards, you have to pay in cash or use local bank for a money transfer. It also bans any alcohol on its premises (you learn that upon your arrival). It had an unexpected religious vibe, which we didn't expect/enjoy.
The hotel location is great and it's nicely designed.

No tea, no place to hang things in the bathroom, no safe, walls were thin, no credit cards accepted, no desserts in the restaurant, “free breakfast was sparse.
Location at a private beach on the lake, incredible lake views from the rooms and the restaurant. Nice beach area, just outside the hotel. Good nature around. Food in restaurant was tasty.
