Once the water supply was out of order, but it took the manager only 10 minutes to restore all shower functions.

In complete privacy you feel not isolated, because you can meet other people while taking water and tea in the corridor, and also while using the fridge. I also liked the atmosphere of art everywhere - drawings on the walls, beautiful lamps and the chandelier.

I really have no complaints. The room and facilities were fairly basic, but more than adequate for the price.

Excellent value for the price. The room was comfortable and basic breakfast could be ordered. The hotel provided a driver to take us to and from Ala-Archa national park that we requested the night before.

It is a little bit away from the city center, but if you are going to travel by bus from the nearby bus station, the location is quite convenient.

- even there were leave-lets, the city map was not available, - the hotel ordered for me (on my request) a taxi for 5:50 a.m. for airport, the taxi company confirmed. But the car came only at 6:00 o´clock, which made me nervous (the driver did not have a contact to me and I did not have contact to him or to his company - and what I was to do with my luggages in empty roads early in the morning in a hurry for airport?). It is not fault of hotel - but I strongly recommend to pass your phone number to the company and take a contact to them for any case!

Everything was ok, receptionist very kind and helpful. There were even some leave-lets (brochures etc.) available, which is not very common in Kyrgyzstan.

Parking was a bit hard to find on the first try as it’s not easily visible from the busy road.

Nice room with AC, staff is available on WhatsApp from 9 am to 9 pm but works 24/7 and is very very helpful. Free parking is available at the front of the hotel. Breakfast is paid but very affordable and served in your room. The Center Ala Too square is around a 3.5 km. Osh Bazaar is only a 25 min walk away. The staff can book you a taxi to the airport at any time for an affordable price.

The hotel is a few rooms on top of what seems to be a closed or slightly run down bar. The beds are very hard, probably slightly aged. The shower pressure is low. There is no place to eat nearby, you need to walk at least 10-15 min for the first café. The breakfast is served in rooms and needs to be pre-ordered - might work for some. The street outside is quote loud when the window is open. Again, even with all this, is it what you pay for. The room description states "sauna", but that's for the building and not for the room. And you need to notify the staff ahead of time you want to use it.

The staff were very nice and communicative from the start of their booking. They are also very helpful and can give recommendations. The hotel is what it is for this price, but you can appreciate free water, tea and coffee, balconies, clean sheets and towels and spacious rooms. Very bright during the day but good enough curtains for the night, great AC in the room.

The place is near the Manas airport, you have shops and drug stores nearby. The staff can speak english and are very friendly - they helped us to get a driver for Ala Archa park and also helped us to find a doctor when my girlfriend got sick.

It was pretty basic The shower was unhandy, you couldnt stand under the stream when showering We missed some cabinets to put our stuff, so we put it on the ground. It was quite far away from the centre (wich we knew so no need to change that) some noise from the street

There was no closet in my room, awkward for a long stay. The restaurant was not open, hopefully it is now.

The receptionist, Ali, was extremely helpful and full of interesting insights into Kyrgyzstan and the Kyrgyz people. I liked the location it is a little out if town , but taxi services are cheap and fast, download an app if you doubt have one, i bought a SIM card and found it very useful. The room had plenty of sockets, very useful. The shower was fine and the room was very spacious. We didn't have a view, but we're were out most of the time. Room was generally cleaned on request, and to a high standard. We wanted a room where we could come and go easily and be fairly independent, and I liked how that was how it was.

Other guests were very loud, of course it's not the hotel's fault, but the walls are not soundproof, so it might get quite noisy.

Very good value for money ratio. The room was super comfy and the host was very kind and offered transfer to the airport.
