I would prefer the bathroom and the toilet not having transparent door and walls, it was a bit akward..

Modern facilities and very big room with great view from the window, comfy bed, sufficient storage place. Very good breakfast with a vast variety and nice view from the dining room. Great location next to Hiroshima station.

Unfortunately the bar was closed for refresh while we were there.

Sadly for such a posh hotel, the tvs in the rooms aren’t smart tv. It’s still the older ones. So no Netflix or Prime. Pillows are super limp and soft.

Staff were all very helpful, especially the guy who checked me in. I arrived early and the hotel was full. Instead of making me wait two hours till the check in time, he managed to get the cleaning crew to turnover a room for me. Many many thanks!! Hotel is situated right next to the station. Super convenient especially if you need to board any Shinkansen as there’s limited seats on the platform. I got a king room with city view, so it was large. Super spacious and clean. Lots of power points all over the place.

Guests are charged a (small) fee to use the pool and spa, which should be at zero cost at a five star hotel. Bar service (food) was a little slow in the evenings.

Excellent location almost adjacent to the train station. The rooms are larger than most rooms in Japan and the staff are most attentive and helpful.

Spa should be paid separately. Plus I was expecting to have a nice bar with a city view like most of the Sheraton hotels in other cities. But it was just lobby bar with very overpriced menu.

Opaque glass toilet/bathroom doors seem quite common place these days. I am not a fan!

A beautiful hotel next to the train station which is helpful to us. The rooms are big and spacious and felt luxurious. Staff are professional and friendly I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel.

The check in was terrible, long wait and staff seemed very stressed trying to do everything in a very nice way, you can tell that they need more help at the time of check inn and out.

Great location, Huge room, nice and very spacious bed. Felt very luxurious. Breakfast was amazing though we had to wait for our breakfast table.

Views aren't great but can't be helped given the location! Mini bar was limited and the lounge bar limited with drinks. Main bar you could not take kids under 14, even early evening. Rooms are a bit tired and old, could be refurbished

Sometimes you need to make an allowance for the time of waiting to get sorted for a breakfast. But it is not a big deal only requires proper time management from the guest :)

It would be good to know before booking that using of hotel swimming pool and hotel saunas are paid. Also the doors to the toilet and bathroom at room are transparent. It was not pleasant, especially when using the toilet.

Great location! The hotel is right next to the train station, there is also a steelcar, city bus and airport bus stop in close proximity to the hotel. Very Nice breakfast! Hotel has a swimming pool and a few saunas.

The bed is not that comfortable. Pillows are all too high. The blanket is too heavy.

The staff was very accommodating on my departure date change. Very close to the Hiroshima train station. A covered walkway leads to the hotel entrance from the station directly.

Wish the bar was bigger as it felt tucked away would have been great if in a viewing spot with city views.
