We stayed in a quadruple room with shared communal bathrooms. It was located in building B. I loved the communal shower rooms and powder rooms. These are well maintained, well equipped, and very modern. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The luggage storage options by the reception is a plus factor. Wifi connection is great as well. The area is very safe. The location is near Nishiki Market, Convenience stores and is very safe.

The room is small compared to how I've seen it in the pictures, but maybe it's because how I imagined it to be. We didn't have space in the room to even undo or open or luggages. We need to do it outside the rooms. There are no cupboards or even hanging area for our coats and clothes inside the quadruple room. We rather not use the kitchen equipments as we don't know how to operate and do the aftercare. Maybe in the future you can establish a reception in the building B as well or towel collection area from building B. You can rent Japan electrical adapters for a deposit. However, these are heavy and the plugs we have are on the roof aspect of the beds so they don't plug in and just keeps on falling. ended up returning them to reception.

A whole floor for yourself: that's the idea of the place. 10 floors, 9 rooms. All similar I guess. The room is large for Tokyo, and it has an apartment feeling with its small balcony, its private entrance, its sofa, and table. It's quite nice, to say the least.

It's a bit expensive, maybe (but Ginza is next door), and check-out at 10 is way too early...:)

The location is good without crowded tourist as it is located in commercial area while it’s easily accessible to Metro and underground street. The 7-11 and Komeda cafe in the hotel are the bonus points!

The rooms were spacious - with a seating area as well as beds, and were clean and well maintained. Also close to bus stops.
Negative section of review
Not centrally located . Rooms not cleaned daily - and only replacement towels and bins emptied if explicitly requested.

top located hotel, good facilities (onsen on the roof top), excellent dinner and breakfast, nice and comfortable room
Negative section of review
the room on the street side was a bit noisy; misleading description of the room of Booking.com: we booked a twin beds room and ended up with only one large bed (as explained in the bottom of the reservation in a small font...)

Clean, and good location to shops and plenty of convenience store facility within and outside premises
Negative section of review
The buffet breakfast was very poor value at $30 per person AUD. Poor quality, cold veggies and ridiculously slimy scrambled eggs, very disappointing and worst buffet ever had at any hotel. Staying during golden week, the hot spa was just too crowded and poorly managed to enjoy.
