Our room was far too dark. We were given a room in the back with a patio facing a fence. No sunlight whatsoever. Also, the gift shop should have waters and snacks available.

The restaurant was great, so was the staff and location.

Well the only problem I had was the tv I think it need a better cable it mostly sports channels and news.The restaurant need more on the menu your eating the same things every night just think it need a little more to it price was great

Walking distance from downtown Negril, steps away from the beach and with a decent sized pool. The pool has a swim up bar but there was no bar service. We had a room with 2 beds and those are fairly hard to find. I had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful, they let me call reverse charge to my insurance company and gave me tips for choosing a clinic. Our room gave access to a tiny porch with a table and chairs so we could chill just outside. We liked that it was a mixed clientele and not just foreigners. Also, awesome sunsets.

The only thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the size of the room, even if we upgraded to a better room, it was still small.

Perfectly located on the 7 miles beach you will stay literally less than a minute walking from this white sand beach. The restaurant’s terrace is amazing. I loved the gym and the game room, very helpful during raining season!! The pool looked good but honestly we didn’t need it at all.

Be wary of mosquitoes, so bring insect repellant if possible. The refrigerator was not stock you get the fridge to use.

The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly & helpful. So was the food excellent. Wifi was strong i could still pick it up from the beach.

Price on line is not what them charge u at the hotel it was more also 150.00 deposit for mishap good thing I had money I will never stay here again nor will I tell no one check. In is a rip off

Check-in staff, Security guard and housekeepers were brilliant. The rooms were clean, the lounge, lobby and overall the resort was clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit! Thank you Travellers!

The service in the restaurant was rather slow, only the check was quick to arrive! In the rooms everything is in order but you can tell it’s been around for a while.

The place has everything you need and more, it’s right at the beach, there is a swimming pool and diving school, games like pingpong or pool,… The food is good and the barkeeper a master of blended cocktails - he makes a mean dirty banana (must try!)!

The live entertainment could have been a bit longer.

Our stay at Travellers was everything we wanted and more. The staffs were polite and friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. We thought the restaurant and bar was perfectly positioned on the beach, the live music at nights were great, and the food and drink prices were reasonable. We will certainly be visiting again on our next visit to Negril.

The location of my room, will go for a garden view next time. More vigilance needed to prevent ganja smoking guests from stinking up the passageways.

The location to my business, the staff was very good-helpful and friendly. The room was clean and i was comfortable.Like the grounds and gardens. The entertainment was great. Would make it my business hotel base.

It's my second time here, sometimes it is a bit overpriced

Nice beachfront hotel, you can get a sunbed on the beautiful beach of the hotel or on the swimming pool. Wi-fi is working well, there is a sea view terrace where you can get breakfast or any meal. The rooms are clean and have all you may need during your stay : iron, hair drier, fridge , AC . There is a parking if you have a car and the hotel is quiet. The staff at the restaurant are professional the kitchen could be very very very slow even for someone on holiday.
