The rooms are not soundproof- AT ALL! Very noisy. Although the food was great, breakfast could’ve been better and restaurant service was extremely slow- having to wait +15 minutes to place your order, 20 minutes for your drink and +1 hour for food.

Beautiful place- the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All staff were super friendly and helpful! The food (lunch and dinner) was great!

The mats on the tables seem very old, and there is not enough coffee mugs at breakfast time. Had to ask for a mug and wait for it to washed and brought out. Is there a historical brochure about the place? The Liguanea Club is a historical property. Could not find much on Google. e. g. How old is the property?

Room location facing tennis court; next time would like a ground floor room. The breakfast was good, thanks to Jessica who served most days. Directions as to what to expect , times of service in the dinning room, and menu could be posted or given to guests.

Didn't like that maintenance work was being done on the pool.... So that was a bummer. The bar closes too early

I love the Liguanea club. The staff is welcoming. Rooms are clean and it's a great location. They serve a lovely breakfast.

I had two suitcases. Therefore, having a lift could be an added bonus.

The room was clean & and spacious, which I shared with my sister. The reception team was pleasant & so was the restaurant staff. I had to leave extra early to catch my transportation & they facilitate an early breakfast. The location was great & the price was competitive.

There is no elevator to the top floor in the main building and no one to assist with moving luggage. This was very hard for me especially since I am not suppose to lift more than 5 lbs. This was very painful when I was leaving especially with my suitcases. No one was there to assist and the grounds man simply walked away when I asked him to. The floors can be loud and some guest are raucous at night. The sounds transcend the room especially when they are right in the hallway. However since it was fleeting, it wasn't a big deal. The groundsman should wait till a reasonable hour to use the blower. He started this after 6 and this was very loud and continued for a good 10 minutes. I was awakened by this. This wasn't funny at all.

The Receptionist were extremely helpful. I had mosquitos in my room that were biting even though the ac was on. As I made this known, I was relocated the same night. As well I left a very valuable book as I was leaving the room and didnt know until I needed it the following day. The Receptionist called housekeeping who had it safely tucked away. It was delivered promptly! The kitchen staff made breakfast for me as I was leaving at 6, even though breakfast is served at 7. Extremely Excellent customer service! I awoke to the beautiful singing of the birds....awesome sauce!

The pool was down, wouldnt prefer this hotell if I knew the pool was under repair. No snack/food or water to buy after 10 in the evening

the room and hotel needed a bit of TLC, the breakfast was restricted one visit only and choose between Jamaican or western breakfast it would have better delivered if we didn't see all that food . Also the service was inconsistent as the staff were delivering food to the the guests and meeting room demand didn't know about the pool repair until we got there

.the staff were friendly .the ambience was chilled and gardens were great the tennis facilities were excellent

I didn't like the fact that I could hear the TV from upstairs in the evening. It seems as if a match was going on. I guess that would be ok for some but I had just traveled and was quite tired and wanted to take a nap.

The workers were quite friendly and helpful. My room was very cozy.
