Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is perfect; the food was okay could have more diversity. Its great to have Jamaican food but somethings like natural sugar free Yogurt would be great to, provide for guests with good cereals. Avocados( which are in abundance in JA) could also be added, they are healthy. I found the food at the Pegasus the weakest link, and the lots could be done to improve this. The management is great and the excellent housekeeping deserves special mention and the very friendly and helpful staff!

JamaicaThe walls in the rooms are thin so one can hear some elements of the neighbour's activities.
Enjoyed the mix of international and Jamaican breakfast available at the buffet, which is included in the cost for stay. The staff were very helpful. In addition, I liked the fact that there there are several restaurants plus there is 24/7 cafe on site - I was able to make use of it when I needed some food late at night/early in the morning.

Hotel was clean overall, however, the telephones are outdated and i mean from the 1950’s outdated. Front lobby staff are very professional. Restaurant staff was very pleasant. The only concern I had was the mask mandate for breakfast. If people are to wear masks, which is no problem at all, then have masks provided for guests. Please dont tell me to go upstairs and buy a mask after I made reservations to stay at your hotel. Beautiful landscape behind the pool. Overall stay was pleasant.
