The tube that holds the shower curtain has a chain unsightly. The tables in the beach bar area are dirty and there is no staff to collect and clean them. The food in the beach area is reduced to hot dogs and hamburgers. At a specific time (no more than 1 hour) they apparently take the beef, chicken or ribs left over from lunch to offer it to the public. In the pool you can only eat empanadas and pizza coffee, you could think about a soda dispenser machine. In the passage area from the hotel to the beach there are the same people every day selling marijuana with an annoying attitude towards tourists. At breakfast they should have cold milk so that there is no need to provide iced milk for cereal.

The attention during the check-in and check-out was good, they were always ready to answer any question that was asked of them. The breakfasts met expectations, there were fruits, yogurt, salads, meats, sweets and omelets for all tastes. The lunches didn't have many varieties, I think because at that time not many people eat food and prefer lighter things at the snack bars. For our taste it was not the best. The food was better than lunch, but the meals are aimed more at national guests than international ones. The beach and pool are pleasant areas to enjoy. The pool and beach bar offer a variety of drinks and cocktails that make your stay pleasant. The staff in general works to provide better service and make you feel pleased at all times. In our case, the room they gave us smelled musty or closed for a while, but they immediately gave us another room that had better conditions. The nightclub, although small, allows you to enjoy it to the fullest. The music is good and varied, although they never played salsa music.

That I had to cross the street to get to the beach side. You can't see the beach from most of the hotel. You have to be lucky enough to get an ocean view. The entertainment was nice to have every night, but you were limited by the time you had at the different types of entertainment. That could also be to lack of staffing right now.

The Buffett was good. Lots of variety on the food. Something for everyone. The hotel was older and you could see they were trying to improve the atmosphere with entertainment everyday. You would see the same staffing everyday, so you could become friends and joke around

The hotel is very close to the airport. I like the style of the hotel, the garden is very beautiful and the ocean is very warm and clean. Personnel is friendly and welcoming! The hotel provides free kayaks, which is a great bonus! Would recommend for short stay

Having more than two bars would have been a lot better. Not being able to enjoy a mimosa or bloody mary with breakfast was a bit disappointing. Bars are not opening until 10 a.m. with no option to have complimentary beverages in the fridge in your room. Though the options of food were vast. It was repetitive, and I would have enjoyed more of an option than a repeat of each meal.

The location was beautiful, and the beach was amazing. It was perfectly nestled in the heart of everything ♥️. The staff was so kind and caring. The nurse on site was an angel.

Make sure resorts are your vibe before booking. The beach is lovely but the hotel, rooms and buffet felt tired and reflective of the early 2000s, particularly for the price. I’d much prefer to stay off the beaten track looking back. Prearrange a car if you need one before you arrive, they were completely booked out when we stayed in December.

The beach was beautiful out the front - can’t argue with Jamaican beaches.

There needs to be more vegetarian options. Better communication is also needed between the main office staff and the cleaning staff. The bedding needs to be updated as well. Additionally, better entertainment is needed after the dinner. This was my second time at this hotel, and the best entertainment was the karaoke night.

Most of the staff were amazing. The kitchen crew and servers were great. The bartenders were also amazing. The beach side was cozy and welcoming.

The pillows on the bed were not very comfy. No towels in our room until 2nd day. Think they just forgot. There was a lot of building noise sadly. Just bad timing. We understand maintenance has to be carried out.

Would have been happy for a kettle in our room. We asked twice but was not given one. The bathroom didn’t have any shelves to put our things on. The Lemongrass smell in reception was nice. Breakfast,lunch dinner was good . Christmas dinner food ran out early and we had arrived at 8.10pm

Not all of the rooms were updated. Found a huge roach in one out or the three rooms my family and i stayed in.

Note: This is outside the property of the Resort but the Motobikes with loud exhaust passing up and down the public street is hard on us. The noise is unbelievable!!! especially at 1-3am. The Resort needs to CRUSH these punks using the local police. The resort is more than capable of doing this, together with speed bumps on the street. Other than this it is a perfect nice hide away.

Incrediable ocean view!!! Resort is all inclusive, eat & drink whatever you want! many activities, pool, live entertainment, watersports, tours, and much more! The location is convienent to everything, airport, shopping, restaurants etc.

food was only ok, buffet was only option, they advertised other dinner restaurants but they were closed and had extra fees. My room was very loud - entertainment was good, but I had no choice but to listen - it was as loud in my room as outside. Also my room was not ready until 3:30. And fire alarm went off at 4AM and woke me up - did not get a good night sleep. Drinks were also so so. Only 1 treadmill in fitness center was working.
