The only negative was the bed was spring so I felt every movement of my husband, which would wake me up. But it was comfy.

The location was amazing. Steps to a clean beach and the Hip Strip. Snorkeling along the pier was great. The food was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was big, beautiful,and had all the amenities.

Safety is an issue in Jamaica and it is not safe to leave the hotel to wander around. Organised tours are fine however. If I had to complain about anything it would be the Sun loungers both at the pool and beach. They are not very comfortable. The food is good but not exceptional. Wish they had more seafood.

The hotel is 10 mins drive from Montago Bay airport situated right on the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. Soft white sand and crystal clear water. The staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much of a problem. The rooms with a balcony are huge and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a wild party this is not the place for you. There is a very chilled reales vibe about the hotel. Gentle reggae music is played during the day around the pool. There are activities to join in every day.

Honestly, can’t think of a thing I would change.

This was a phenomenal property in terms of cleanliness, easy to navigate, well laid out. I truly enjoyed the boutique nature of this hotel. The food was amazing with a great variety and every staff person from the manager to the lifeguard was friendly and accommodating.

Noisy. Dirty glasses and plates left out in the corridor for long periods of time.

Everything was excellent (staff, comfort, food and drink, facilites, entertainment) etc. The view from our room was stunning. The room itself and the bed were very comfortable. The staff (in the restaurants, on the beach, the housekeepers, management) were outstanding.

We attended the cocktail mixing class and it just seemed kind of unprepared and non-rehearsed, and we walked away from the class not having tried any of the drinks which just seemed odd. We felt like it could have been much more polished and entertaining. Rashay was the only reason it was even slightly lively (she is awesome by the way)! The biggest con came to light on our last evening when the tiki bar on the beach (not owned by S hotel) was having a party with blasting music that literally rattled our walls (we were in a beachfront room) until 2:30 in the morning. We finally called the front desk at 2:30am and complained, they called the tiki bar and they agreed to end the music. I hate even mentioning this because S hotel doesn't have anything to do with this bar, but if it is keeping paying customers awake until the wee hours of the morning it does need to be brought up. I very much appreciated the call from the manager the next day regarding the issue and he assured me that it is an ongoing conversation they're working on resolving. If this issue is sure to be resolved, my husband and I would come back and stay at this resort in an instant!!!

We were very warmly greeted at check-in and offered warm towels and water which was so nice! The food and drink was honestly outstanding which I wasn't expecting with it being an all-inclusive. One day we utilized the pasta bar at the marketplace buffet and we are still talking about how delicious it was. All of the restaurants had really really good food but our favorites were Roots Rock and Rocksteady. My husband and I especially enjoyed the smaller size of the hotel as we do not like large crowds. The vibe was super chill which we loved since we are two parents trying to escape for a break. All of the staff was very warm and friendly! Loved the small private beach area and the proximity to the airport. Had an absolutely outstanding experience here overall!

The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful with any request. From: Rashai (Entertainment) Daniella (Front Desk) Tosh, Kaden and Ashly (Waitresses) Derol, Ricardo (Waiters) Delroy (Supervisor). Housekeeping thank you for keeping the room tidy. Room sevice for being prompt. The food and drinks were delicious. Great location from the airport.

Although it has 3 restaurants, most of them are not available. We could try only 2 even with advanced reservation at the check-in. House-keeping left the floor wet in the room after cleaning. RootsRock restaurant at the 6th floor is extremely slow. The waitress has nonchalant attitude, we had to wait for 30 mins for each course. I won't recommend that restaurant based on our experience. Beach-side waitress made us feel discriminated. She was smiling and friendly towards the white couple in front of us. But her smile was gone immediately as she switched to take our order. She acted like an officer without any sign of friendliness. We were polite and prepared to tip her. But it was very slow and we did not tip her due to her attitude. Following days, we just walked to order directly from the bar.

Buffet and pool side grill bar food and drinks are superb. Facilities and amenities are well kept and cleaned. Security guards at the beach entrance are very kind and helpful in setting up chairs and towel. Check-in and checkout process are smooth and they were gracious to accommodate our flight arrival and departure time. The front-desk fulfilled my request for my parent's anniversary surprise. Staff as buffet place are friendly and very helpful. We appreciated their services. Activities facilitator is awesome and we had a great time!

The worst thing about the whole place was the crazy water pressure from the sinks. So silly, but tells you how great our trip was!

Beach was amazing, not overcrowded, ocean view from the room was incredible, nice big shower and in room soaking tub for two, food and drinks were good, service was friendly and accommodating.

The S Hotel is just fabulous we loved it very well thought out with the decking to the beach right from the hotel lobby & the whole lay out in general. Beautifully decorated & spotless at all times hats off to the wonderful staff.

The S Hotel is the perfect location, close to the airport and easy access to the airport. The food offered in the dining room is delicious and the great variety. Our room overlooked the pool/beach - excellent.

Food was excellent, however it would of been nice to see options prior to day for buffet and more traditional Jamaican dishes. 24 hour cafe excellent idea and fantastic service consistency. Tour of hotel needed on arrival. Staff were helpful, friendly and respectful Eric bar tender had an excellent vibe

Surprisingly, there was nothing I did not enjoy. This is one of my most memorable vacations. Everything was smooth from the airport until we left.

I was looking for a boutique hotel to accommodate my mom and me as the bigger resorts seem overwhelming to me and I prefer a more personal approach. That is exactly what we got. The hotel looked so beautiful, the bedroom was a good size for 2 people, the food was delicious and we ate well every day. The staff made sure to check in if we needed things, I never felt pressured by anyone to tip, but we did tip after every service. The resort has a daily agenda of things you can do (Sunset Yoga, Resort Tour, Mixology Class, Water Aerobics, Live Music every night) which made the stay enjoyable. The access to the beach is so convenient and they have people who set up chairs and umbrellas for you. It was also nice that our access to the beach was reserved for those staying at the resort and staff would still ask us on the beach for drink orders.

Montego Bay isn’t the nicest part of Jamaica but we really felt no need to venture around the city as the hotel had everything we wanted.

Slice of heaven so convenient to the airport. Everything was top notch. The staff went above and beyond what we have experienced at other all inclusive hotels. No struggles to find a beach chair or space by the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax. Bring your gear for decent snorkeling right in front of the hotel.
