I didn't like my room it was a bit small , no Jacuzzis. The wait staff in the buffet area needs to be more attentive , in both getting the dining room cleaned up quickly and attending to the guest...... The name of the waiter I was trying to remember from the sports bar is Carlton. Carlton was very helpful and pleasant , we were only there for 3 days and 2 night and the sports bar was my go to place.... Thank u Carlton for our dining experience with u... we really appreciate your service.

Gn. I love the fact that there was quite a few restaurants to choose from... the sport bar was my favorite. I enjoy the sport bar the most cause that where I get the best service. There was this waiter I can't remember his name , he was very helpful and pleasant. Wish I could remember his name. Also the girls at the front desk especially was very pleasant, especially that slim , dark skin and braided hair. I'm so bad with names

I’m not a fan of all of the restaurants closing at a certain time. I wish the pools were open a little later as well.

I like the size of the rooms at this property. The amenities are great, there’s so much to do without leaving the resort. All of the staff is amazing that’s what made me come back. They’re very accommodating.

HVAC system needs to be upgraded. We didn’t like the last minute surprise regarding the security deposit. They should also be transparent about the twin beds in the rooms and the walls were paper thin. The neighbors alarm went off at 5am and I was walking around looking for my phone until I realized it was coming from next door. It was that loud! They also shouldn’t charge $120 for lost keys. You can also tell that management has an iron fist on the staff, they couldn’t make any decisions on their own. This was the saddest part about this stay.

The property was well maintained. The staff were nice. Lorraine was exceptional.

Guest services were not attended to. Our anniversary was told to the front desk during check-in, it didn't matter. Waiters argue frequently in restaurants. Buffet was not replenished during breakfast, we were knocked up early in the morning to ascertain the time we were leaving despite us being told the check-out time. A waitress wanted to unseat us with much bantering during breakfast on the second day, after being seated by another waitress who apologized for her co-worker's mistake. The taste of the food wasn't up to par.

The ambiance was superb. The location, Hotel space and tranquility was what we needed and that was evident at this location.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The resort was clean, quiet and tucked away from the family side of the sister resort. There were lots of dining options but we didn’t have to walk far to get to them. We loved the beach and pools and enjoyed how easy the resort was to navigate. The staff were incredibly kind and treated us very well. The food and drinks were very delicious.

The staff was very unpleasant and generally unprofessional. They were very dry and unhelpful most of the time. There was an energy of not wanting us to ask questions, the staff were all very short with us. Also the food was very bad! Very very bad! The buffets looked sad and like the food had been sitting out for a while. Overall no food at this resort was very good and the service was even worse and slow. Not to mention the staff had the nerve to ask for tips!

The pool was great, the room was small. The alcohol was generally watered down but the pool staff were very fun. Being right on the beach was a big benefit.

The taxis are very expensive they over charge for everything. I had to pay a $70 ride to the airport, they wanted $100 to take me downtown to Montego Bay plus when wanting to view it at night time the prices rises to $150.

The hotel it self is beautiful but the hotel isn’t in Montego Bay it is 40 mins from there if you think your getting a room in Montego Bay.

The shower was old and didn't function properly. Maintenance took a long time to address the problem with a temporary solution that didn't provide full function of the shower. The mini fridge was not stacked upon receiving the room and took over 3 hours to be corrected after several calls and visiting the front desk. The breakfast was terrible, the omelet was flat and is the worst I have been served at any all inclusive hotels in Jamaica. BATHROOMS NEED TO HAVE SHOWER FAUCETS REPLACED. I spent days at Riu Montego Bay before staying at Royalton and the service, response time to issues, food and facilities were vastly superior at Riu. If I was the owner of this hotel I would addressed these issues in the shortest possible time before the new Riu resort opens next door. I am not likely to recommend this resort to anyone. The premium being charged was not good value for the service, food and the bathroom facilities provided.

The watersports team it was not so welcoming & they need an official price list & what’s included . The padi desk is always empty . Jacuzzi could be more warm after all it’s a hot tub . Everything else peachy

Breakfast was amazing the Jamaican breakfast A+ the food was great staffs like Admir Dyer Hk , Lindsay from Room service , kamoy from Zen they were perfect. I enjoyed my stayed loved the pool they are beautiful. All guest should keep there band on for notifications that there still legal to be on property. If bands should be remove Caz early check out plz indicate or use a day pass band idk something .

No tire tubes in the lazy room, hard bed my arms still hurt, small room and no were to but my stuff. The food was bad, and the staff looked confused and extremely slow to service.. had to wipe the bathroom every time I shower as water leaks through shower due to poor construction of the glass door.. this is not the Royalton I fell in love with. It seems like every time it gets worse ,

I'm still trying to think, been here 4 times, and I think it's not the same and is worse every time I come back.
